Great Price, but the machine can be cheaper by removing the camera as it is unnecessary for the printer to do it's main function. Also creating a Chamber Heater Module that can be bought separately and easily connect into the appropriate board to function with the touch screen, other than that great product and delivery!

great stuff love the printers

I placed an order for some hardware for the Carbon 2 and some resin for a total of $486.83.

Elegoo double billed me another $486.83 for the shipment several hours later, put it all under the same order number, so I had no idea the shipment was a duplicate (It did not show up in the Elegoo website order history). I assumed that the product was shipped with the hardware coming from one location and the resin coming from another location, giving me two tracking number links with the same number.

The payment registered on PayPal where I discovered the issue of the double billing. I contacted Paypal to stop the double billing and notified Elegoo.

Elegoo started by blaming PayPal for the transaction, which could not be the case seeing as it was an Elegoo internal order for product and trigger for payment.

They then decided that it was my fault which again could not be the case as it would be on a secondary order number and transaction within their online system.

They followed that up with scolding me for not checking the order (which I could not do) and not following the shipping information so that I could refuse the order that I did not actually know was a duplicate from the same tracking numbers and my expectation that one number was for the resin and one was for the hardware.

In trying to resolve the issue, of which I had to contact them about and let them know of the issues and push for them to help, Elegoo accused me of holding up the return process and threatened to withhold my refund via PayPal. I have requested a return account or label to send the product back 3 times over 3 days and have been told by Elegoo it will take days to get a label printed. (Yet somehow I am the delay here)

Elegoo offered me 10% off the duplicate product if I kept all of the duplicate products and did not return it, however I decided with the attitude I received I would hard pass on the offer and return it all.

I am still waiting for a return label to send the product back.

Over this, I was double billed for the hassle free delivery insurance. I was advised that the insurance does not cover the issues I had with this order from Elegoo and seeing as the insurance is paid out to another company and not held by Elegoo that they could not refund the insurance, including for the double billed order that I did not place.

I am still fighting it out with Elegoo and have requested a manager get involved which has now fallen on being ghosted.

In short, Elegoo stole money from my account at PayPal to create a fraudulent order that was untraceable until it arrived then attempted to put the blame on PayPal and then on me for something Elegoo did.

I have several Elegoo machines and have directed people to Elegoo for purchasing printers and consumables. After this experience and fight for a resolution (which is still not resolved after a week of e-mails going back and forth) I will not be recommending Elegoo in the future.

Long story short - I had bought a whole hot end pre built kit because I needed a 4015 fan. The fan alone was not worth buying due to its price vs the price of the whole hot end kit. Elegoo has a proprietary fan due to the fan/connector combo they use and I’m not handy to change out the connector. When I received the hot end kit I installed it and immediately had worse prints due to a faulty filament securing tab. Elegoo reached out after my review and sent over another kit and has since resolved my issue. Their customer service has been really great and understanding. Thank you very much!

Deals were nice, everything was easy to navigate, the delivery is slower than expected but the machine works decent, satisfied.

Order was processed & shipped promptly, gave 4 stars just because there were quite a few filament colors out of stock or unavailabe.
Definitely like printing with the Elegoo filaments, great prints consistently with the Bambu PS2
