Really great staff, knowledgeable tutors, very professional, nice people

It is too expensive for high school tutoring, there is loss of continuity as we cannot get same tutor each session.

Great team. Outstanding advisors and teachers at Burke VA. Special thanks to Matt G for guiding both my kids to great success.

I am deeply disappointed with C2 Education Center's SAT English (Reading/Writing) training. My daughter, who had previously scored 750 on the SAT in 2024 without any training, enrolled for the August 2025 test with the goal of improving her score. After consulting with C2, we were assured she would gain at least 10 additional points, which led us to purchase 50 hours of tutoring.
Unfortunately, the training quality was poor. Despite sharing our concerns during the sessions, there was no improvement. As a result, when she took the August 2025 exam, her score dropped to 720, 30 points less than before. It was a frustrating misuse of both our time and money, and I cannot recommend C2 Education for SAT ELA tuition.
Additionally, while the material C2 used appeared irrelevant to the actual SAT exam. This only confirms our dissatisfaction with C2's approach.
Overall, we are extremely upset with the outcome and would caution others to consider alternative options for SAT preparation.

C2’s tutors are stars—our daughter jumped 3 ACT points while laughing through drills—but corporate admin is another story. Sessions ran late on Zoom, we burned hours re-explaining the roster shuffle, and promised reports wandered in weeks past deadline. Solid for quick boosts if you’re flexible, but not the paneled tutoring palace their brochures paint.

Don't go to C2! We had a terrible experience with them. They persuaded us to purchase a package with 100 hours and ensured us that the hours did not expire (with email documentation) but then told us the hours already expired!
Update: C2 replied my review stating that someone would reach out to me. It has been two months and I haven't heard anything from them. This is how unprofessional they are!

What made my experience great is the teachers who have been really helpful to me for the past months and they’re also really supportive and respectful for all of their students who always helped them with their assignments and they’re really nice people. Especially helping me getting prepared for any of the SAT prep that are required and that it really helped me to know more about any of the work for the SAT test.

My brother and I went in for a diagnostic ACT a year ago, and we felt the test they provided was significantly more difficult than then actual practice tests from college board we had taken. The director then proceeded to refuse to show us our scores until our mom showed up, after which he tried to convince her to pay 10 grand for some shitty course they offered -- he even said that she should pay it within the next three days, as then their deal would end and the price would go back to 12k. We could see that this was obviously a pretty underhanded sales tactics from a mile away, and chose to take our business elsewhere. Additionally, our scores on their test, which was supposed to be an accurate diagnostic for the real ACT, were a 26 and a 27, respectively. We ended up taking the real thing a month later, which was significantly easier, we both got 35s. All of this just tells me that they're a scummy organization using underhanded methods to make money, and based off of other reviews, they don't appear to be worth the price. Take your money elsewhere!
They are supporting my daughter in math skills so far and will see how she continues to do. Nana has been a great help!

The tutors were good. However, the people who are supposed to consult with you about college were very egotistical. They are overly confident in their material when their tests have shown to be inaccurate from the current DSAT tests. Their AP exam reviews are all resources that can be found online. They claim to have spent thousands of dollars on their material just for them to be very mediocre and sometimes inaccurate. They do not adapt to a student's method of learning and try to squeeze as much money as possible out of each student. This isn't about the tutors, but the people who run the franchise and the organization itself. My best advice is to study on your own and stop wasting money for these classes. They rarely help. Their statistics are heavily biased as well (which is ironic considering they give out free AP Statistic textbooks) and if you've taken AP Stat, you'd know. The only good aspect about their service is the free textbooks (as aforementioned with the AP Stat textbooks), which are cheaper than the $4000 packages they're offering. Hope this helps anyone who is considering signing up for these courses or anything similar to this. Again, study by yourself. These are never worth it. (I signed up in December of 2024. I still have hours left at the time of writing: June 3, 2025.)

I registered my two kids, Rebecca and Mathew, each a different child.
Rebecca was tutored in the SAT, but she didn't improve her score, and they never took the initiative to help her with the college application.
Probably because they had no experience for Army reserve candidates.
My daughter did everything by herself, she got into Rutgers Newark with a full scholarship via the Army program.
I wish I hadn't spent more than $6,000.
A waste of money
My son Mathew, wanted to pursue an Army career, not the reserve program, but enlisted, so the plan was to prepare him for the ASBAV test.
They don't know how to prepare them for this test.
I end up spending 10K for him with no results.
Anyway, the Army recruiter helped him to sign up for a program that, thank God, had opened for teens this year, and he has signed the Army contract, and the Army will train him specifically for the test.
Again waste of money

Wonderful experience as a person who has gone for years. C2 helped me be prepared for college and when I was at college.

The C2 teachers and directors are very experienced and provide the guidance the students need to help them excel in school and prepare for college.

My daughter said the tutoring experience was ok, but not great. My dealings with their location in John’s Creek, GA location was mostly frustrating. Their advertised rates only apply if you buy several thousands of dollars worth of sessions and you have to pre-pay for everything. The introductory call was very sales-y. It felt rehearsed and disingenuous.
We didn't use all of the pre-paid credits. Not surprisingly, there was some fine print in the contract that precluded a refund. Don't waste your money with this outfit.

C2 has been easy to work with, flexible with changes and my son has only had positive things to say about his tutors.

Reply from C2 Education
It was okay.
Yes, the program was helpful to some extent. However, my son ultimately achieved a better score using a different program. With C2, his average score across two exams was 1480. Seven months after completing the C2 program, he took another exam through his school and scored 1510. While we appreciate the support C2 provided, we found that the cost is quite high relative to the overall benefit.
