You have made this very easy to get back on track! Thank you! Getting set up with my spouses information was kind of frustrating, but it worked out. I am still going through the process but so far not disappointed.

No Bueno

I find SAVI's web interface to be sorely inadequate. It leaves much to be desired in terms of navigation and is full of user friction points. I cannot find what I'm looking for and when asking for support via email or webform, SAVI does not respond in a timely manner or with a direct answer to my question. I am unimpressed.

The savi team was great in supporting…

The savi team was great in supporting me with my student loans and forgiveness. Having a team of knowledgeable people supporting you through tough times and and navigating loan forgiveness was so helpful. Having the savi team during COVID was so important to myself and my family.

No communication

Although I have not yet had the opportunity to work with a consultant, I am still writing this review due to the lack of communication and assistance from Savi. I met a rep in person, set up a calendly appointment, then rescheduled four times. The 3rd appointment the consultant messaged me within the hour prior to cancel. I rescheduled the following week and sat in the zoom room for 15 minutes (of a 30 minute slot) and they were a no show. I texted and have not heard a word from that individual since!
I also reached out to one of the co-owners and requested assistance in connecting with a different consultant. He said to email him. I did. No response.
Sounds like a good company to help advise about student loans but unfortunately, I am not going to pursue this route any further. I’m seeking them out when they should be following up with me.

Customer service won’t respond to calls…

Customer service won’t respond to calls or emails. They tell you to use a link that doesn’t exist on the website. Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Confused

Well, the main focus of consolidating my loans and detaching myself of joint loans, I not seeing any benefit. My loan payment is now $1560/month! How it all that Savi helped me with end up costing me more?

I really appreciate communicating with a helpful human.

I signed up for Savi early in the pandemic, my student loans didn't qualify for any programs at that time, so I forgot about it. I figured I wouldn't get any help because my loans were in a grey zone, then earlier this year Savi reached out to me to make sure I knew there were new changes and I would now qualify for some level of forgiveness. They reached out in plenty of time for me to easily meet the deadlines to apply, and provided really easy to follow steps. When I needed to ask a very specific question via email, I got a timely response from a truly helpful, actual person with the info I needed AND they followed up with an offer to help further.
