Withdrawal locked and account inaccessible with no clear info.

Bad withdrawal no profits received for weeks and no customer service to assist and ret-rie vista stepped in with a success..

This exchange would not let me withdrawal my funds out. Don't not trust this exchange!

I was promised so many bonuses, deposit bonus, volume, invite friends... Ended up getting $0

There are so many good crypto exchanges, such as Bybit, Mexc, Blofin, Weex... And they actually pay you.
Do not waste time/money on this scam

I've lost quite a bit of money to BYDFi. I've also tried to contact them multiply times, but no feedback yet. It's been more than a few weeks.

Highly unethical company. They bring you in under the guise of no KYC, then rug you. They will steal your money unless you KYC. Privacy is important, and if they can't provide it, they shouldn't take your money. This is just theft. Be ware.

I'm deeply frustrated by the ongoing issues with bydfi, its been two months and despite all my effort, my withdrawal is still pending. this is not about money but about trust, I'm taking legal actions, i will like to see things right again. If you feel this pain, lets unite.

I was able to cody trade and utilize trading bots and then I was able to withdraw with ease which is one of the most important features of an exchange in my opinion…The exchanges app has a very smooth interface…Overall I recommend BYDFi! I had a positive experience: )

Where do I start regarding BYDFI exchange… when i first began trading on this exchange, i had a very pleasant experience. You don’t win every leverage trade but from my perspective, it was professional and very little price scammish action. After trading for a few weeks on this exchange, my experience began to change.what i noticed is that if you have an account that is very profitable over a short period of time, it almost feels as though your trading account was flagged in that any trade whether it was long or short, this specific exchanges bot price action would do the complete opposite. I found the price action to be very criminal to say the least. After a while, i had to stop trading on this exchange and move on. I had a few trading friends who were interested but i found myself discouraging them from joining. Always remember, you can help control their cash flow. If they are playing scam games, don’t trade. At some point they will close if they aren’t getting enough business.

Had no complaints until recently. Customer service is adequate whenever you have simple issues, but that's all I really needed. The website unfortunately experienced a slew of technical issues last week, and I fell victim to that.

I couldn't withdraw to valid USDT and USDC addresses (the system was telling me they were invalid addresses) so I thought I'd try converting about $570 worth of stable coin to ETH and proceeded to withdraw most to my wallet using the ERC-20 network.

To my horror, during the site's glitching, the system automatically set the withdrawal request to the base network, and my funds were lost. I captured the entire incident and provided screenshots when I replicated the incident with my remaining balance of about $70.

The staff have refused to take any accountability for the site's shortcomings, and attempted to gaslight me into thinking I was the one who'd selected the wrong network even after they'd admitted that others have been complaining of the same issue during those 3 days the site was experiencing issues (really fast turnaround....not). Stay far away from this site. I will be closing my account. It's unfortunate that there's very few crypto wallets for someone residing in Canada (Binance and Gate.io are outlawed), but finding at best a site ran by incompetent people, or at worst a rogue site altogether is no solution.

I realize I'm not going to get my $570 back, they've made it abundantly clear. I'm just trying to warn others of what could happen to them should they withdraw funds whenever the site is glitching.

Had an issue with a deposit and submitted a ticket - took them two full days to get back to me. It did get resolved, but come on... Binance usually replies in like 2 hours.

The app crashed on me twice while trying to place a trade! Not a great first impression.

It was a customer service technician by the name of Miya. She helped me so so much. Other technicians could not help me, she actually tried and made sure I received my funds that I haven't received for other 4 months. I FINALLY got to Miya after going through numerous technicians, she helped me in 30 minutes. Was very helpful and very courteous and just all around great. She needs a raise and needs to train their technicians on how to handle customers properly. Thank you MIYA!!!

Depositing (6k) and withdrawing (25k) without issues and instant. I had a difficult conversation with support about a failure in their BYD-points rewards system but all communication since has been very satisfying. Platform works great for me, it has the occasional error of loading content (graphs) in the app, but transactions and stops never failed and it always works on my pc.

Their platform is unnecessarily complicated. I tried to withdraw my earnings after investing $423,850, but the withdrawal button does nothing. They promised someone would contact me, but no one ever did. Disappointing service!
Fortunately, the professionals linked to my profile picture helped me recover my funds.

This website is definitely a scam!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE THIS!!! Stolen my life saving!! Sucks, Check the name on my display picture section to get refunded.

Good for Spot MAYBE, personally I've never had a problem withdrawing, stay away from perpetual its wash trading like others have stated with LOW EXCHANGE VOLUME. Their app you have to exit/reopen all the time with many glitches in charts and positions and orders even showing up (while active mind you!!). App looks like a casino for kids although it's somewhat common lately. This was tested on multiple phones and tablets and versions of android. Then reviewing the app and sending complaints/suggestions, im NOT happy with their response.... I'll leave that subject at that.... web interface is alright albiet lag from time to time even on high end computers. Simply stated, no.

All the claims are false, they offer nothing good.
I almost gave up my cash to them when the stress started getting me. Letting M4dr put on a legal fight lead to my complete take out.

Just another wash trading, order spoofing platform built to steal money from the pockets of its customers.. STAY AWAY OR HAVE YOUR FUNDS STOLEN
