Amazing, environmentally friendly company
Absolutely love their products! They always come so quickly (the one time they took a while to fulfill my order because it was out of stock they dealt with it so well and upgraded the postage free of charge). Their customer service always gets back to you really quickly. As an added bonus, all their products are vegan and are good for the environment - you can even send your empty containers back for free with a postage label that comes with your order or you can print one off for free! Would absolutely recommend - so much better than hundreds of big brands!

I bought their retinol alternative and…
I bought their retinol alternative and their Supercharge Serum and their delivery came with tracking which was great. The delivery service they used lost my item and lied about it - not a problem with bybi - emailed bybi and they sent a replacement asap so on their end they did everything right. I like their items so far - the serum is super nice and melts into the skin was worried it would be too heavy and the retinol alt. is okay, literally only used it twice so far lol
