Glad that BYBI is back in business as I really love the booster.

i love the products and the service. I hated that your company just "disappeared" and products no longer available for a year when - i later read - you were working to supply Target in the US.

Communications with your customers should be two way.

I’m a breast feeding mum so I can’t really use normal retinol so this alternative has been brilliant for my skin.

So strange as I made an order well over a week ago and I’ve still not recieved it. Ive contacted them via email twice to ask for the status of the order and had no response. Does anyone know if this company is still going? Just seems so strange that I’ve had absolutely no response at all and the status of my order has never changed. It says in the website dispatch within 24 hours and then 3-7 days delivery and mine still hasn’t even been dispatched? Very poor service, I would not recommend to anyone to buy from this website and if I do end up receiving my order at some point I will NOT be ordering from them again!

I placed an order for 3 items costing £39. The Bybi website states that a 40% discount is applied to all orders over £30 at checkout. The discount wasn't applied and I ended up being charged the full amount. Since then, I have sent 1 online message, 3 online chat messages and 2 emails asking that this error is rectified and I have had no acknowledgement or response. They have, however, promptly shipped the order which I placed 4 days ago. The website was down for months and this total lack of response when I have been overcharged is ringing alarm bells. Either Bybi have become a victim of their own success or they simply don't care. With so much competition in the market, I find that kind of attitude astonishing.

There is no letter to the post office

Since 05.06 I can't do anything, the conclusion and any operation is not available. I don't receive a letter with a question to the mail, I changed the mail, and the letter never comes. It's a month soon, the money is dead and doesn't work.

Excellent product, the best of its kind.

I ordered from BYBI at the end of December. With all the holidays, I figured it would take a little bit longer but when I hadn't gotten an update I reached out. Their customer service got back to me right away and was able to sort things out. My order arrived just a couple of days later, safe and well packaged! With how responsive and friendly their customer service was, I will definitely order from them again.

Placed an order 15 calendar days ago. They took my money and still haven’t shipped. They are refusing to answer any of my emails. Are you a small company or a fraudulent one? Refund me or ship me what I paid for!

Recently started using BYBI’s bakuchiol booster, and love everything about it. The price, simple problem-free formulation, quality ingredients, and what it does for my skin. Had several questions about the product and really appreciated the customer service responses! Quick, thorough, transparent. Refreshing that they don’t hide basic info from consumers, like percentage of key actives, or overprice their products (thank you!). Unfortunately, I’ve recently been surprised to learn that some companies aren’t willing to disclose this kind of basic, common info that allows consumers to make informed decisions about what they’re putting on their bodies, and build trust in the brand. I actually feel good instead of apprehensive purchasing from Bybi. Bybi is also a B corp!

Absolutely swear by the Bakuchiol Booster and impressed by their recent customer service efforts to resolve an issue.

I've recently embarked on a "low-tox" lifestyle so I'm happy to have found BYBI. I have had questions along the way and when I reach out to customer service they are always helpful, friendly & quick to respond. I'm currently using the Bakuchiol & strawberry booster daily and couldn't be more pleased with this brand.

Super nice interactions with the brand (thank you, Astoria)! I happened to have a mask that smelled rancid and had separation in spite of me shaking the tube before opening the first time. I was curious to see if it were out of date, and I was reassured the product was still in date for a few months. The product was purchased from a retailer and they recommended me to contact the brand directly. Well, I am glad I did contact the brand, as while the product was discontinued, they went above and beyond to send me one of their remaining stocks. While I cannot vouch for the product's quality and use, as this would be my first time trying the brand, I can definitely appreciate the impeccable customer service. Kudos to you, ByBi!

Never sent my merchandise. Said they would issue a refund, but they never did.

Bybi has amazing amazing amazing products! They are perfect and great for my sensitive skin and most serums are only one ingredient. Strawberry booster and the backuial booster saved my skin and made it 20 times better. Customer service was very nice and responded quickly!
