Error in order/Error in billing
I ordered 1 black suspenders. I received in addition 2 more suspenders. I was billed for 3 orders of suspenders. A difference of $45. I tried to communicate with your company via email and received no answer.
This is an updated review. There was a mistake in my order & billing. I communicated with customer service and they have quickly corrected the error. I am happy with the product and recommend doing business with this company. We all make mistakes and the ability to correct an error is important.

It was easy to put together & it’s well made. The only thing I was hoping it would be larger. I put a little cat nip on it to entice her. She definitely uses the scratching pads but hasn’t figured out the ball. We’ll keep trying! I think it’s perfect for kittens & younger cats.

I love the concept and the comfort of…
I love the concept and the comfort of this pillow. But I am only five feet tall and this pillow is short. To place it to comfort my knees, the top of the pillow only comes up to my upper arm. I wish it was longer so that I could rest my cheek on the top end.

I have not received the items I purchased on 5/04/2026. I had sent two messages requesting a delivery date and have not received any correspondence as of this date, 5/18. In addition to the fact that I emailed asking for a status and wasn’t replied to. I may order again, I only know that if I need it in a timely manner, it appears that won’t happen.
