Waste of time dealing wit h as their customer service is non existent. No reply to emails or chats posted on their website. Best steer clear of their products.

Marcus, David and Lucy are a pleasure to deal with when either selling or buying your home. The local knowledge these guys have is incredible, they seem to know everyone in the industry, This is particularly helpful as they can usually get answers to any questions or problems which come up quite quickly as they have so many contacts. I have used Bushnell Porter now for both buying and selling and would not hesitate to use them again. I thoroughly recommend them. The amount of work they do especially in the final stages makes you realise the value they bring to the process.

I don't often write reviews but felt compelled to do so after dealing with Tim Kingsbury of Bushnell Porter Estate Agents in Southsea.

Having seen a house I fancied I booked to have a viewing and this was the first time I met Tim. I have to say I'm weary of certain professions where stigmatism can be present. We can sometimes have preconceived ideas of how someone may be. I viewed the house and thought nothing much about my interaction with Tim that was pretty standard. As the weeks went by I had another viewing of the property which I found out was in probate. I got to communicate with Tim fairly regularly as the property ended up going to a sealed envelope bid.

I got the house and continued working with Tim until the sale went through and contracts exchanged.

I can be fairly critical of matters and don't provide praise back light heartedly but I will say that Tim Kingsbury was amazing. Communication was excellent, updates were excellent, Tim's commitment to supporting me was excellent. Good honest advice was given and Tim's experience shone through. He really is a credit to his profession and dispelled any preconceived ideas I held about estate agents. Tim worked tirelessly to ensure the sale went through and for this I'd like to thank him and his team at Bushnell Porter. I would highly recommend Bushnell Porter and wouldn't think twice about returning fit future business.

Don’t look elsewhere. Without David Holloway and Bushnell Porter our chain would have collapsed. David went above and beyond to get things sorted and we have moved with Bushnell Porter twice and they have helped us find our dream home. Other estate agents locally wine and dine you then drop you so you are left to sort everything yourself (Some well known ones in Liphook and Alton especially like to do this, our chain ended up not speaking to their own estate agents and all dealing with David as he was the only one prepared to get things done!!) There were several points over the last few months that our sale could have easily fallen through but David, Marcus and Lucy are a force to be reckoned with and with their perseverance and good judgement they got there in the end.
