Proof that the right agent makes all the difference
Burns and Webber worked hard to get us a sale. Really hard! It’s a tough market and we’d tried one other estate agent before for 6months with no joy. Charlie and Joanne kept us in the loop on all viewings, were honest and prompt in their feedback but most importantly worked hard to get people through the door - which eventually resulted in a sale. Once they had the offer they kept up the pressure and managed delicate communications on our behalf meaning we got our sale. We were going to go with Purple Bricks if they couldn’t deliver but this experience really does show that getting the right estate agents and team on it gets you that sale, because they proactively push for viewings. Great experience! Thanks Charlie, Joanne and team 👍🏻
