Burns & Webber provided decent service during our property transactions. Communication was generally good, though occasional lapses were frustrating. They worked hard to get the sale completed, even advising on pricing. While not perfect, they were effective, particularly with organizing viewings and providing buyer feedback. Overall, reliable with room for improvement. Would cautiously recommend them.

Clive, Libby, Nathan and Garry at Cranleigh branch never gave up on us when trying to sell my late fathers house. We finally sold after a year and 2 failed sales. Really easy and pleasant to deal with from the start, communication faultless and always at the end of the phone. Thanks for all your help

Engaged Burns & Webber for the probate house, sold within 7 days as we accepted an offer below asking price. Had to do the sale from our home in York which meant we had to manage sale via the phone. Sometimes communication was lacking and didnt know Alice had moved to a different office until we got a call from a different number and trading name. Reluctantly accepted a further £5000 of asking price for repairs on advice of Alice and got sale over the line. I would like to have seen our estate agents being a bit more on our side but understand it would sell quicker at the lower price which was our priority with no chain for us. The viewings were organised effectively and we got feedback after each viewing. Overall we would recommend Burns & Webber

Had a great experience with Adam and the team at B&W when recently selling our house in Godalming. From the start Adam seemed enthusiastic and positive about our sale which eventually went through in under 9 weeks. Luckily a smooth transaction which was improved by the team being very helpful and responsive. A huge improvement on working with a competitor when buying said house a few years back. Thank you!

I can't fault them! All you want through the process is to be kept informed and for the agent to be on top of any issues that arise.... and both offices delivered in spades full!! The communication was regular and clear, they addressed issues and questions promptly and the whole team were consumate professionals throughout.

Interestingly I've also used Burns & Webber in Farnham before now who were just as professional and thorough.

What's more significant is that we originally appointed another agent who were an absolute disgrace.

Thanks to Adam and team for being helpfull and positive a difficult time selling my father's house, after two buyers pulled out last minute. Thankfully new buyer found and sale now through successfully.

The Team at Godalming helped with our property sale during a difficult period for selling. They were patient, professional and courteous. Alice handled a lot of the viewing and was always bright a cheery on the phone. Adam was key in negotiations and was very supportive throughout. He also managed the interaction with solicitors to get the sale over the line.

Adam created a comprehensive sales pack, giving reasons and justifications for their chosen sales approach. However, exceptions (eg timelines) could have been set better at the start of the process, but maybe that was naviety on my behalf.
Alice at Godalming kept us informed and kept the sale moving forwards, regularly keeping in touch with all parties.
