I had an order issue due to incorrect stock available notice, I recieved an email shortly after ordering apologising and asking for more information so they could come up with an alternative. A few emails went back and forth, each reply was quick and the last one was around 8pm so someone took the time to solve the problem even though the shop was shut (thank-you that person). Order arrived today, on time, as per the tracking updates, well packaged and complete.
That's every box ticked, including the 'extra mile' one. Good company, well worth a 5 star review.

Device is messy to fill and it stopped working after one day

Got exactly what I ordered however order placed on Friday morning was sent on following Monday afternoon which is quite long a delay. Then the Royal Mail took also 3 days to deliver 24hr intended delivery.

NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. Order was placed on 04/08/2023. The number on the website does not work. No reply to my e-mail. I ordered in good faith as I am going abroad next week and required it before I travel. How can you have a shop with a number that does not accept calls. I will reclaim my money from my bank and will never order from this burn it vape store ever again. And to top it off the shop sends an e-mail to add a review. When adding a justified negative review it will just say error. And will not allow it to be posted. What a scam.
