Dear Chris,
Thank you for your review.
We apologies for the extremely busy period causing some delays with communication. We can see that you placed an order on the 12th Dec at 00:17 which was processed on the following day (13th Dec) and UPS (which is 1-3 days) collected your order on the 14th as they too were extremely busy. You received the order on the 15th Dec which was within the expected time frame. We thank you very much for your order and do not want to lose you as a customer. All being well, the courier networks should be back up to speed in the new year.
