So they'll sell you products then take it away from you, money wasted. More paid for content getting removed from destiny 2 won't waste money on anything else from bungie again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am leaving this review for my husband. He plays Destiny on his xbox. Well, he never left the game while he was playing with teams and live. he was always booted and so he connected his xbox with an ethernet cord and maybe was kicked from a game a couple of times. So, it is the game and not our internet. We have great internet and unlimited data. So, he gets a notification that he has been banned for 7 days from playing against others via live. He appeals and they denied it and do not care that he did not leave the games and was booted due to the servers that destiny uses. so they need to fix the unreliable servers and not punish the players who do not leave the game and get booted due to server issues. bungie would not listen, bungie did not care, and all they care about is oh well he will be fine and then spend more money. maybe if you would care enough to fix the server issues then he would not quit playing the game. remember without players to play the game and pay the money then you would have nothing. just like the customer is always right then the player should be recognized and at least look into the situation vs just blowing him off. do not play destiny because it is a waste of money and time.

I ordered and item a month ago with full expectations of it arriving within two weeks as website predicted. I have emailed the support staff three times with no response. Terrible customer service! I do not recommend ordering from their website.

I am now on my 4th week with no reply from the store.
One item was sent marked thousands more than it was. That item was sent back and I still have not recieved it months later
Another item was just sent marked as VAT non paid, when I had paid it. The item is now being sent back to the store because I'm not paying tax twice. I have contacted the store multiple times over the past 4 weeks with not a single reply. I have spent hundreds with then at this point on preorders and this is how they treat customers.

Destiny 2 is unplayable, constantly getting booted from the game with various error codes, this is the only game this ever happens on. Absolutely useless

Bungie doesn't have customer support. You are unable to contact them through email or phone. There is a forum and you never get a response from a Bungie member.
Once you buy the Bungie product, you are in a maze of no support. They have deleted other player's paid content and they couldn't contact anyone to check what went wrong. It is sad that they treat customers like crap. Avoid it !!!

bungie is a shittttttttttt. They HATE critics and Can't stand people telling them the truth. Big ass babies

1. They deleted all the content I paid for
2. Deleted the content I worked hard for
3. Bought the deluxe edition and can't access it (they won't help with it)
4. They don't have a support system for clients
5. Everything is over priced
6. They scamed the community with an "expansion" that was terrible.
7. The game feels bland and uninteresting.
8. Reusing deleted content isn't content
9. Separating from Activation seems like a mistake (looks like they struggling financially with all the scaming).
10. They aren't transparent with the community and lie.

Just don't get involved with this company.

So i have payed for destiny 2 when it came out. Now i wanted to revisit it, just to figure out bungie deleted all the original stuff to leave me with a pile of s*** co-op stuff.
And now if i want to play some of the new campaign i have to pay again. F*** off!

Dont bother with destiny like to know why i get banned from comp through a problem you cause iv played destiny from day one and this rule is stupid to be the least i was in comp you kick me and thIde customer gets a ban well u know what you lose a loyal customer if you cnt be bothered to get decent servers and give the customer better service online stick your game and to be honest im fed up of being kicked out of a game and you blaming us for internet issues which is tosh.. you dnt deserve my money or loyalty. All i wanted was to play with my friends online bt your stupid ban is ridiculous and offending. I pay good money to be dictated when i can play fk u bungoe hope your game fails u dnt deserve any customers !

I play Destiny 1 and the server is always down, my internet connection is at 95% and no issues on my side I can access Netflix and other websites but bungie went to sleep and time cough up, I refuse to continue paying for service that im not getting

You literally removed all the good content from Destiny 2, well played bungie

Bungies support is horrible. They have systems in place to make things harder and do not help with anything directly. They heavily relay on the costumers to solve problems and if they do respond to you, its only one or two sentences being one sorry about you and to we cant help. really I would love to give a half star but this website doesn't allow it.
By the way there new cross save is Straight B.S.

Get the game if you want to have some fun, it is free, but because they have automated services that can restrict or ban your account, I advise you to do not put any money into this game, the staff team of this game are really small in compere to a number of the players and if u have an issue and need their help see below their answer:

The last advise make a new steam account to play this game, I know some ppl play in their work computers and destiny 2 game has an automated software that scan your computer so if u have a software working on the back ground and trigger their anti cheat your account will be done.

The key for a game company to success is the way they interact with their game community, sorry Bungie Team, but you guys need to get more staff members to deal with the players and make sure that your staff members are happy, so they can be please to deal with the tickets.

I sent my ticket to BUNGIE about 3 days ago and still no answer, because they haven't look or will not look at it, you know why I am sure about that ? I have youtube channel and I sent to them a video and I have the views rating for that, and so far (no views from BUNGIE)

FRANCE I have been a very loyal destiny player since the first one. as much to say for several years already and also a big collector on their store. They sent me the bungie rewards
shadow seal on May 18th and still not received and this is not normal. Despite my reminders every week, they don't want to do anything. For a business that makes millions it's so abused not to support a loyal customer who has been robbed. Customer service is up to the game servers ... pitiful !!
Bungie if you read it know that I do not intend to stop there. I paid for an item on your store that I never received and I intend to be reimbursed !!

Think twice before making a Bungie account as you can never ever delete it.

I made one to play Destiny 2, decided that game is an overhyped repetitive cashgrab that gave a big FU to the people who invested money in it by vaulting content and level capping your hard earned gear, and I can't delete my account, it's stated in their EULA that accounts are permanent so instead I tried to get myself banned intentionally by spamming their forums with every breach of the code of conduct I could make and all they did was make my posts invisible, my account is still very much active.

The point I want to make is, they're a shady company.

Next to not wanting my Steam account associated with Bungie (they won't even let me unlink it, seriously, the unlink function is dimmed out), I feel disrespected because it is not OK that a foreign company based overseas operates in my country for financial gain while ignoring the law and by extension, infringes my right to erasure so blatantly.

I know I am making more noise than it's worth the trouble, but if I don't, and nobody else takes an initiative, then who or what is going to stop other companies from committing more severe rights infringements? By which criteria can we judge when someone has crossed the line, when we let them cross the line with things like this because it's not a big deal? Won't the lines then get blurred? It's more of a principles question...

Another question would be, why not? This is the question I asked one of their moderators: "What can Bungie possibly hope to gain from holding on to the accounts of people who no longer play any Bungie games?" to which he simply linked me to the page stating that by agreeing to their terms and conditions, I signed away my rights with no argumentation for such a decision.

With that being said, they've made an enemy out of me and therefore I will NOT recommend their games to anyone in the future. In fact, I will use this situation as another argument advising people AGAINST signing up with Bungie at all.

Love this store!!! I been playing destiny for years, have several thousand hours in Destiny 2. I've purchased all the lore books and soundtracks and sweatshirts and t-shirts over the years and have always received my items as ordered. I recommend to buy things at start of season and the store sometimes includes FREE in game emblem as well as a poster and tote bag for FREE!! If you pre-order something, be patient since it does take a while for things to come. Also I wish they would accept Bitcoin!! But overall great experience and I love to support a great game!
