Ordered a steam code for a Destiny 2…

Ordered a steam code for a Destiny 2 expansion DLC. Waited 3 days and never received the code. Tried numerous times to contact support and never heard a word. Now, I am forced to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

I paid full price and they stole my money

I paid full price for the game and I paid full price for 2 of their DLC. I take a break from playing their game and I comeback just to find everything I “paid” for was actually just at bungies discretion. I bought 2 DLC I didn’t actually play. The DLC I paid for was “vaulted” which means stolen from players so they can force you to pay more money. Bungie is trash. Destiny is trash.

What a shame

What a shame , they do not care about the player. Multiple problems with the game, servers are crap....I've been there from the beginning....I'm out. I won't ever buy your s@#$%!.

Please do not ignore the bad reviews. I purchased an item that did not have an announced delay period and they didn't ship it out until 1 month later - while I was in the middle of a move.

When I saw they created a shipping label but had not yet handed the package to Fedex I immediately contacted their customer service to change the address - only to be told that they will not recall the package, change my address, or do anything to help me - even though the delay was their fault.

They told me I needed to get the package returned to them if I wanted a refund. Yes - I somehow needed to get to my old home, intercept a package, and then return it at my own expense so I can get a refund.

Do not shop with them.

2 months, no product.

Their customer service sucks. I ordered an item on 12/17/21 expecting it just after christmas and it was held in the warehouse until 2 days ago. I had to constantly be emailing them to get it shipped. Genuinely the worst company i’ve ever ordered from.

Bungie Store is a scam

Store holds orders for months and then begin manufacturing. Never tell customer. I have multiple orders over 1 year out.
I have an order for books currently available on Amazon for next day deliver, over a month out with Bungie.

Just Awful

I tried placing an order and kept getting a Zip Code Error. However I was at one point double charged for the order. I sent a ticket and got a msg back that it was resolved but still could not place an order. When trying to inquire about what to do I received silence. At this point I'd say if a Merch Store doesn't have proper functionality or support theres no reason what so ever to purchase that Merch. Can get better service for knock off items on sites like Red Bubble for crying out loud.

Don’t waste your time

Website said place order by December 15th to get in time for Christmas. I placed order on November 28th and still have not received it. I’ve emailed customer service several times and am told “order is still processing, you’ll receive a tracking email when it is shipped”. Was hopeful when I received an update email, but it wasn’t anything new. Last reply, 2 months later, said the item is now out of stock and I’ve been offered a refund or can continue waiting. What a joke!

Shocking

Shocking, order placed 1st week of December, still waiting for it now. The only way to track after they take your cash is "wait for tracking email", awful, abysmal p... poor. Find what you want on eBay from someone who knows someone in the warehouse and managed to get their items, but avoid the site!

I understand busy, but the setup is terrible

As I said in the title, I've worked in customer service for years, I understand being understaffed and busy, especially during a pandemic. What I don't understand is the absolute garbage pile of excrement that their website is. How do you have a known error/issue (when you go to purchase something, "an unexpected error has occurred" preventing you from buying it) that your clients/customers have been complaining about for a year and still do nothing to fix it? The only known solution is basically, you wait, and then try again later. You know how that's worked out? I missed out on purchasing items because I was waiting for that error to resolve itself. And of course by the time anyone gets back to you, the error has temporarily gone away long enough for your purchase, there's nothing they can do about it, or it takes weeks for them to respond to your response. I'm not gonna fault them on that, but if that's how the customer service is gonna be, they need to fix the site first.

Add on to that that their "Notify Me" once the soon-to-be-available item is available is an absolute joke. I've done it on 4 different items and I never received one notification about it, which is not hard to set up a one-click email notification that informs everybody who wants it. It really isn't. Hell, whoever your marketing person is could do it. But, gods forbid that ever happen BEFORE they fix the purchasing error. And don't even get me started on their linking account issues. I just simply unlinked my Xbox account because they were using that as my default account and the site wouldn't allow me to change it (Another error).

All this and freaking 7 years of horrible PR, you'd think you'd find a better business model to run your store on.

T-shirt November 2020 never came

Ordered T-shirt November 2020. Yes you read that right over a year ago. Twice it was marked as delivered. In the Netherlands. I don't live there. It was never delivered. Not even attempted delivered. Contacted them about 20 times and they do nothing then they stopped replying. They still have my money and the non existent T-shirt never came.
Don't expect to get anything from this company.

I ordered a Raid Ring, Bungie Cancelled it.

I ordered a Raid Ring, 5/24/21 2 days after VoG came out for D2. I’ve been waiting for this for ages now, then they tell me in email the order was cancelled. They tell me this a day after it was taken off the bungie store so now I can’t even buy a new one? I got not only robbed of my item, but robbed of my money too.

Reported to the BBB, these guys are a waste. Don’t buy from them.

Cheating in Destiny 2 PVP is the worst…

Cheating in Destiny 2 PVP is the worst I have seen in any game. Aimbots, network laggers, wall hackers are now in almost every single game. Bungie either does not care about it or is completely incapable to handle this issue. Not sure which one is worse...

BUYER BEWARE - Bungiestore are crooks

Been waiting for a purchase to ship since February 2021 (eight months at time of review)

Been waiting for a reply to a faulty goods claim since July (three months at time of review)

Emails and tickets raised go unanswered and there is no other way to communicate with them. Dispatch staff who have contacted me about other issues refuse to assist with any of the issues i've raised tickets for.

I'm 43 and have worked in customer service and sales since i was 18. Bar none, this is the worst customer "service" i have ever experienced. It's a shame i can't give them lower than one star.
