Terrible service
I was promised a 3-5 day lead time when I ordered and paid. I contacted company after 10 days to check progress and got an automated reply. Very bad customer service and I eventually asked for a refund and purchased from Eurocell direct. Great prices don’t mean great service. I waited over 2 weeks after order, giving the company time but was not contacted once with an explanation as to why I hadn’t received my order.

But only thing was deliverman he wouldn’t put it in back garden I’m disabled and was just left with very heavy wood at my front door

Ordered a drill
Ordered a drill,
Paid for a drill.
Did not turn up next day as stated,phoned the
Buildex team ,promptly a lovely lady sorted out the problem .
Drill arrived two days later.
All In all I'm very happy I have my new drill.

3 Bin Dustbin Tidy
Good response from the company with respect to details of the product.
Delivery was very quick.
Assembly was a bit tricky in parts due to the positioning of the screws and adjacent stiffening struts.

Arrived promptly with all bits and screws (unlike VidaXL which is hopeless).
The wood stain is good, but requires a 2nd coat by customer. The 5* is attributed to the ease of assembly, comfort of bench and reasonable sturdiness.

Very poor customer service and delivery…
Very poor customer service and delivery time. Ordered 3 of the same item and 1 arrived snapped at the tip due to poor packaging ! Happy enough with the 2 surviving items but due to delivery time I will not be re ordering.
