Excellent. Best buggy I've had so far. Been using it for a few months and I can't fault it. Handles severe slopes with ease and stability. You get all the extras included in the price. Service and delivery were excellent.

My course has one or two very steep hills and because of some breathing difficulties I need a buggy to get around eighteen holes, in fact I need it for nine holes as the climb from the ninth green to the car park is even steeper. I rang Bugg-Ease and spoke to Matt who as it happened was about to make a trip up to Scotland and return home more or less past my door. We arranged a meet at my club and I was sent off in the new buggy to "Give it a go" So I gave it a go and went up some very steep tracks which would not even be visited on foot normally and the buggy sailed up them, I was very impressed with the power of the machine.
Any problems or faults? just a couple of niggles which I will be able to get over. The Captains chair has armrests which along with the fixed brolly holder make it too difficult to fit in the car along with the buggy, maybe the standard car friendly seat would have been better. I can sort that though I don't need armrests and I don't play in the rain. Talking of rain, the other niggle is, where does the water drain from the footwell? I can't see any drain holes, must ask Matt about that. All said and done, it's a brilliant bit of kit, and, as it's a class2 single seat mobility buggy, I can ride it on the pavement from my home to the golf course, great.

I purchased my buggy "Ruby"in May of this year and it has turned out to be the best purchase I've ever made. The comments from fellow members are that "Jen has a new lease of life". To be able to participate in all competitions has been a plus. Previously I was limited to 9 hole medals and even those were becoming a problem because of my limited mobility. The after service from Matt and Jon has been fantastic. No query has gone unresolved. I'm already looking forward to next year. I'm not a great winter golfer but the fact that I've had a win and three seonds is testament to the confidence that the buggy has given me. So easy to manoeuvre on the course and even the green keepers are complimentary. Thank you once again.

GREAT BUGGY AND SERVICE
I recently purchased a new buggy from Bugg-Ease. It was delivered on time as requested. Assembly only took a few minutes. It came complete with all necessary paperwork and instructions.
I have not used the buggy yet, but all looks well, if in doubt phone Matt or Jon they will explain all aspects of their buggy I recommend this company, Look no further for a buggy, this is the one to buy.

I ordered a Bugg ease buggy asked if I could have it for Wednesday to play Thursday and it was there right on time the guys are so easy to talk to and the buggy lives up to its reputation just a fantastic experience all round many thanks Joe

Good lines of communication. Bought a used buggy in blue complete with captains chair in July. Had problems with charging battery initially and thought it was the charging cable. The guys sent one up a day later but was no better. Found the problem to be the battery connection itself. Within 3 days I was sent a new battery and have now used the buggy around 6/7 times without any issues.
The only little quirks I've found are
The battery takes around 8 hrs to charge and due to cooling fan in charger can be a bit noisy while doing so.
It's difficult to approach a hill on course straight on and you sometimes have to zig zag your way up.
The captains chair( which I asked for) is rather heavy and cumbersome to remove and replace and the armrests are only in use to lean on when your stationery.
These are not complaints but points of view that I've experienced so far. The buggy is well thought out, well put together and will serve me well over the years to come with peace of mind of the warranty you get from Jon and Matt. Well done guys and keep up the good work.

I have used the buggy a number of times. It's easy to use, comfortable and the battery will last 36+holes.
Look no further for a buggy, this is the one to buy.

My husband Bought a buggy from this company and is very happy with it.
Had a couple of hiccups but they have been sorted out quickly and easily.
Matts communication has been spot on, emails have been responded to quickly.
The buggy itself is easy to use, easy to take apart and reassemble for transport purposes.
Would definitely recommend them.

Don't put it off just get one of these fantastical little beasties you won't regret it. It makes the course so enjoyable - everyone wants one.

Putting it in the car takes me 3 mins without rushing.

Fantastic service from a fantastic company. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I had dealings with both directors (Jonathan and Matt)..and they were both excellent. Had some “crossed wires” initially, but after a quick phone call this was all sorted out and I ended up buying a new buggy which was delivered two days later - to Scotland !!! I would thoroughly recommend Bugg-Ease to anyone considering a single seat drive on buggy.

I thought my love of golf for over 60 years had come to an end due to knee and hip replacements but I then discovered Bugg- ease single ride buggy. I can’t fault the after service, I am now on my second buggy thanks to the part exchange scheme, I highly recommend Bugg-ease a dedicated team who are very “Wilco” and bend over backwards to get one back on the golf course with their easy to operate buggy.

HI all of the posted reviews are true, i part exchanged a three wheel type buggy, and jon and matt could not have been more helpful in securing my new buggy , they are both, agreeable gentlemen, and do what they promise to do with no fuss whatsoever, i cannot speak highly enough of their product, and would URGE anyone considering purchasing a golf buggy to look no further than BUGG-EASE ,.

I recently bought a Bugg-Ease buggy and I'm really pleased with it. It's very well engineered, comfortable to ride and so easy to fit into the car using the ramps. It easily negotiates lumps, bumps and slopes and has given me a new lease of life on the golf course. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I went to Glasgow for a demonstration including them fitting the buggy in our Fiesta- nothing was too much trouble for them. I was so impressed I ordered a buggy that day and it was delivered 2 days later. Great Buggy, great service.

From initial contact to picking up the buggy communications were excellent. The buggy made its inaugural appearance today and is perfect, delighted with the performance and comfort so looking forward to my next trip out. I have no hesitation in recommending Bugg-ease.

I've had a new knew and it isn't as good as the surgeon said it would be! After three and a half years of struggling with it, it became obvious that I either give up golf ( and I have been playing since I was 13 years old) or I buy a one man golf buggy and see how it goes. Do not look any further than Bugg-Ease because you will be wasting your time. They are efficient, helpful and the price is lower than most. I did my first 18 holes yesterday on a hilly course and used one bar of power and very little personal energy. I am 77 years old and will now be able to play into my eighties with this very smart machine

I purchased a reconditioned Bugg ease delivered on 16 th May and couldn't be happier. I haven't played 36 yet but 27 on an up and down course was easily handled. Communications were as good as everyone says. It's easy in and out the car I remove seat and battery drop handle bars down and push up the ramps. My golf also seems to have improved long may that last. Would thoroughly recommend this buggy and the business that they operate.

Suffering with knee pain?? Love golf but can’t walk much??? That was me.
A visit to Jon at Bugg-Ease sorted things. Test drove both styles. Went for the steering wheel one. Took it home in back of the car due to it being able to separate into sections. Easy to reassemble. Great battery.
A mile drive to club. 18 holes on hillyish course. Drive back. 50% battery still left.
Lovely to drive. Stable and comfy. No problem on any hills.
Great customer service. Always prompt replies. And a good price. Would absolutely thoroughly recommend.

We purchased a buggy from Jon at Bugg-ease a few weeks back and decided to wait until the weather allowed it to be tried out before putting a review up. The customer service we received prior to even purchasing the buggy was excellent. I made a number of phone calls and was never made to feel I was wasting their time. First time out this morning and the buggy performed fantastic I played 9 holes and felt like I could have kept going. Previously I struggled to play five or six holes due to a very painful ankle at most and felt like I had played a full round. Thank you Jon you have allowed me to continue to play the game I love
