I ordered on SHEIN on the 26th of June, up until today l have not received my order, to make matters worse it has not been shipped and the other orders that l placed after this one were delivered last week, Secondly my other order of 6 July is also stuck, not yet shipped again. I am so disappointed with buffalo logistics. My order was returned claiming “no one was home”. Been home the whole day, had my phone with me the whole day. So disappointed Buffalo you don’t even deserve 1 star because what is that.

DO NOT USE Buffalo International. Your tax and import duty payment disappear into thin air. I have paid on the 29/05/2024, uploaded my bank POP 4 times, phoned and spoke to their agents (who work from home) 7 times, emailed support service 7 times and NO commination from them to confirm my payment nor delivery. My order went from ‘pay taxes to your order will be delivered soon to pay taxes’ on their tracking site. They have 0 commination. Payment was done 17 working days ago and NO word from them. They are the worst courier company I have ever delt with.

I wish ai could rate it zero. The service is absolutely bad. My order was supposed to delivered on 05 June 2024 they send a message around 10:00 am In the morning claiming my order was coming. I was at home the whole day waiting for my order. Around then in 10:00 pm I went to track my status. The status said failed to deliver because client not at the address. BUFFALO your service is poor you guys **** I was at home even if I wasn't I didn't even get a call to be notified that they were around and I was not here. I’m still waiting for my order 😟they wrote me an email stating I should tell my supplier that I refused the order because it was damaged and at that time I didn’t receive it what a pathetic company 🫡. I told them to deliver it even though it is damaged because whatever I ordered there cannot be damaged !!! Worse I spent 1-2k on those items. Supplier said those things are not refundable at this point I don’t know what to do Yho 😭

This has to go down as one of the worst online shopping experience, the audacity to deduct my money from my bank account and when I query about my parcel all you keep telling me is to check the mailbox or check with the neighbors meanwhile I know very well the parcel was never delivered from the first place coz I was at home the whole entire time on the day of the delivery, worst case scenario the company didn't even attempt to make contact prior to arrival nothing stipulates I had signed for the parcel but yet they insist the parcel was delivered on my doorstep. Funny thing is that there are more than 300 reviews on trustpilot, customers complaining about the bad service and "Shein" is still turning a blind eye on those reviews. you might deliver 10 out of 50 orders so what must happen to the other 40 remaining customers they must keep whining about the bad service in return their are not getting reimbursed?? Shein is also a scam I'm never ever buying from them what a joke!!!
Delivery Address Incorrect, not Corrected after Two Weeks
**Parcel was allocated with the incorrect delivery address between Buffalo and Temu.
**The parcel was dispatched to NELSPRUIT despite numerous emails clearly requesting changing the delivery address while the package was still at Jhb-DC.
**After several very frustrating calls-- the operators have clearly never been trained in customer service!!!-- SIMONE finally managed to confirm the correct delivery address and assured me the parcel would be re-routed by 09.05.2024.
**On 10.05.2024 the delivery driver called me to confirm-- the parcel has AGAIN been dispatched to NELSPRUIT and not returned to Jhb!
**Buffalo is going to cost online, international retailers a LOT of business-- 'coz I'm voting with my money and taking mine somewhere else.
