They were so helpful their interest rates weren’t too high also I don’t have great credit and they still accepted me without 100 questions

Wasn't accepted but...
Was declined a loan, but read their website meticulously because I am fed up of these other companies making false claims the are a direct lender when basically they are just an affiliate scheme!
Buffa are INFACT a direct lender with reasonable fees!
Would apply again if I am in the same sticky situation I am in now and hope they take a punt on me! I have bad credit but I am trying to change that, but without obtaining credit first it is almost impossible :(

Terrible
Terrible! I accidentally mistyped my postcode and ot would not let me change it when I applied. So made up another profile with the exact same details, although my correct address this time. Even though i have issued them with tenancy agreements, payslips, you name it (on my own accord to try to speed up the process), they still are saying this is an IT issue and that I'll have to be patient. It has been over a week. I've literally just paid off a loan with you, on time, no delays and still you seem to think I'm fobbing the system.
please get this resolved ASAP. I've been emailing you and spoken to everyone under the sun. I won't name names as I know that you guys are just there cause it's a job and pays the rent, so for future career prospects I won't. But shocking customer service. Seems like they don't seem to want to help me. If it isn't going to be resolved I'll go elsewhere but just tell me straight.
