- Annoying chat bot that eventually leads you to an agent that don't give a crap
- Agents rerouting you to their "specialized scheduling team" instead of taking care of a simple matter themselves, which are suppose to get in touch with you VIA EMAIL...

They literally closed the chat on me twice in the middle of the conversation and had me request a new chat again

Avoid at all cost

Terrible experience lost £1345 on tickets I did not receive had to pay and rebook with another company for the same flights or lose my holiday. When I asked dispute team to help they tried to say I did not show up at the airport. Terrible experience and sales staff were every bit as bad totally conne DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I just had a cancelled flight by the flight company, so naturally I wanted to request a refund for the ticket that I purchased. But it seems impossible to contact these guys, all they have is some "robot" on the site that does not help you at all.

Hopefully I will be able to solve this via PayPal, but if you are reading this then do not buy tickets from this company. It is risky and if something goes wrong you will find it hard to reach them.

Terrible.

Prank price. Price was all the time of my reservation in anather valute. When I pay, they write next to price DKK. It was moste expencive ticket of all Aircompanies. Also, they dont answear on mail. And ai was write 5 minutes later, that I cansled my reservation. But without answear. First and last time, that I was buy ticket here. Never ever again. Now I will go on bank, that I put aplication on them, with all document I have.

Prices listed on e.g. skyscanner are click bait. Once you get to their homepage prices are higher. Avoid!

They don’t even deserve a 1-star rating! Refund hit the account after many, months and then they took it out again within a matter of hours £1700 - vanished….They are complete crooks. The Airline never even got paid by them. Looking into small claims court to try to claw the funds back. How they even remain in business astounds me!

Bad experience
An error occurred while making a reservation, so I did not receive a reservation number and the money was withdrawn from my account. I contact them via messenger, but they don't answer. I did not receive any confirmation emails with over 1000 euros prepaid.

This company is fraud. They sold me a ticket at £378. Couple of hours later exact same ticket is being sold at £225. No customer service to speak to, extremely unhelpful chat customer service. You can not speak to customer services. Reviews here say alot but they are still functioning. I had same experience a year ago but made a grave mistake of going with them again. They have to be reported to regulators

Too many hidden extra costs that are not avoidable. It is riddled with false information.

De är endast chatta som gäller. De är en mardröm du sitter i minst 5 timmar i en chatt och låser sig din hemskärm går du ur kön. Har fått betala flera tusen i ny biljett, hotel , transport och mat då jag är fast i min mellanlandningar i Istanbul pågrund utav att mitt flyg till Stockholm är canceled för dåligt värder. De kastar runt mig och får knappt ens svar och ingen som helst hjälp. Tills nu är jag fast i Istanbul i 48 timmar utan någon hjälp de är FARLIGT att boka med budgetair. I have had to go to Istanbul from Beirut because the company said that I should try to catch my luggage at 40 and check in for another flight. I arrived 22 / 1-22 at 7.50 and the flight from Istanbul to Stockholm leaves at 8.30. I'm stressed, lose a bag and do not have time to fly. The airline budgetair.se sends me with the next flight the next day at the same time. I am stressed, not sleeping and eating. I had to sit for hours and then book a hotel. Today 23 / 1-22 at 6.30 I am back at the airport when I booked a hotel at the airport they are close. When I try to check in, they say that I am not on the list as air travelers, but that I show confirmation I received in the email. Now I'm back at the hotel without any help from anything and without any now ticket. I'm sitting in a 51 minute chat queue with the company as they are their only support and waiting to get an answer. Please help me this is not fair or humane.

Worst effin customer experience of my life.
Buy a ticket through this website and pray to Zeus there won't be any flight changes or cancellations after cause BudgetAir's shiiiiiiitty support sure as hell won't help you.
Dude just basically told me to f off and disconnected from the chat. I've waited for almost an hour to even get connected to anyone. What a meme

I brought ticket online from budget air , payment was declined but still they took the money from account. i did not received e-ticket or booking number ... now they not answer anymore.. very shittttt company

Do not use Budget Air 😡 I booked a flight with wizzair through budget air ,I also booked a flight directly with wizzair .wizzair cancelled my flight, ,money was returned within 1 week,but the flight I booked through budget air has not returned my refund this is about 4 months ago every time you contact them they say they will pass the details on ...Just look at the reviews says it all .

A lot of crap to go through, then at the end the price changes and then the payment doesnt even go through and you have to start over again! Useless!

DO NOT use BudgetAir.

I paid £1,200 for flights as SkyScanner directed me to their BudgetAir's website. They took my money, but I never received my flights/booking confirmation or anything.

BudgetAir are impossible to contact.

It's been 2 weeks, but thankfully my bank will refund the money, but I still don't have the money or the tickets.

So no money, no holiday, just a lot of stress, wasted time. Shambles.

I booked flight Hamburg-Ljubljana and return at BudgetAir.dk with LOT (Polish Airlines).
Polish Airlines cancelled my return flight, and gave us a other flight home a day later.
We could not use that, and demanded a refund from BudgetAir.
BudgetAir refuse to refund as it is a budget ticket, even it is not us that changed the flight!
DO NEVER USE BUDGETAIR, YOU MONEY CAN BE WAISTED!!!!!!

Trash and useless company. Got wrong information about the seats in airplane, so we tried to book without taking any seats and the reservation was still canceled. It takes 5-10 Business Days for the support line to reply

Is knowledge that the return ticket does not appear on your website. Moreover, it is worth mentioning that, your chat, does not address my question regarding the return date of my flight that does not appear on your website. How should I proceed, since, in the chat, nothing appears with the date of my flight's return and I don't even know if the return date has been canceled. It is useless to answer me by e-mail saying that it has to be by chat because the chat does not have the option of knowing about my return date.

Minha passagem de retorno não aparece mais no site, cada vez que mando e-mail para a empresa, a mesma me informa ir no chat, mas o chat deles é digital e não resolve meu problema, não tem nem a opção se minha passagem foi cancelada ou não.
Preciso do retorno da empresa para eu poder remarcar a minha passagem, pois acredito que a data de retorno tenha sido cancelada pela Gol, mas não tenho nenhum acesso deste informação e muito menos de como mudar a data.
