Great clothes but of course it’s…

Great clothes but of course it’s online. Some don’t fit or look right. I’ve tried emailing, calling, and messaging on Facebook to no avail. They will not reply yet they say they will send a shipping label. My 30 day window is shrinking and I really would like to get a refund for the clothes that don’t work. Just know that if you order you will not be able to reach customer service! They need to make a self service return portal!

THIS COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY FOR THE SECOND TIME-THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE VERY POOR! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS' NEEDS AND SATISFACTION.

This company is very difficult to work with. Their customer services representatives are cold and don't want to satisfy their customers' request. They have refused to refund my money for the defective products as described below. They have ignored many of my emails.
Here is my email sent to this company on 5/7/2023 regarding 4 shirts, 1 blouse and 1 dress I bought from them some months ago and I washed them for the first time. These items are from orders CSAM 7125, CSAM 8635 and CSAM 9107.
Hello,
Last week, I washed for the first time the following items and their colors got stained (bleeding) and many white and dark spots after the wash especially the red colors from these items. The dress collar got some black, dark yellow, and light brown stains after the wash. The other shirts' colors got stained,some dark round spots,and faded (the green shirt's green color faded with white stains and white spots), and bled after the wash (the red color and some other colors "bled" on the purple shirt and blue/green/white shirt). The green and white shirt got some round dark spots on it. I AM SENDING PHOTOS AS PROOFS OF THESE DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
I need my money back for these items unless you would like to send me "replacements" for these items.
YOU CAN REFUND MY MONEY BY USING THE ORDER 9107 WHICH IS UNDER 180 DAYS OLD.
HERE IS THEIR RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ITEMS WHOSE COLORS ARE BLEEDING AND STAINING AFTER THE FIRST WASH ARE MADE OF WHITE AND LIGHT COLOR (CREAM, LIGHT GREEN) FABRIC WITH COLORED PRINTS/CHECKS/PLAIDS PATTERNS.

After checking, your order was placed in 2022 which has already exceeded the 30 days guarantee, and different dark color clothes should be washed with the same color. Your understanding would be appreciated.

Great quality, but don’t plan on returning

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter. We were both pleased with the quality and the shipping speed, however they were too big.

Bubledon states that a return must be initiated through an email to customer service. I’ve emailed customer service repeatedly over the past two weeks and have yet to receive a response. My 30 day return window is rapidly closing, leaving my wondering if this delay is by design.

ETA: After I posted this review, Bubledon refunded the full cost of my order and told me to keep the product. I’m adjusting my rating from 2 to 3 based on their response. (3/6/23)

Trying to get a person to help you is useless

Trying to get a person to help you is totally ridiculous, They sent me my order and it is too small. The website states if you are not 100% satisfied they will send you a return label and credit your credit card.. They contact me to tell me if I would accept 40% credit or 15% merchandise coupon.. Are you f---king kidding me.. What kind of business is this?!!! Do NOT buy anything from this place... They will totally scam you... I will be reporting to BBB and calling a lawyer.. UPDATE: I HAVE JUST HEARD BACK FROM CUSTOMERSERVICE VIA E-MAIL and they stated there was no need to return item and they will arrange a refund as soon as possible.. I will check my credit card and update and edit this review when I see I received my funds back but I am pleased they will rectify this. They do need a better way to communicate with customers because all e-mails go thru spam and you can miss the e-mail.. phone communication with a live person should be available to customers..UPDATE:: I DID RECEIVE MY REFUND WHICH I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR! I am happy this company kept their word but they can improve their service with a live person to talk to..
