This was a surprisingly great product. I have had bad experiences with dig activities in the past where sand, mud, or charcoal dust gets all over the place. But this soap kit doesn't have that problem at all. My daughter is just under 7 years old and was able to do everything by herself. She loves the gemstones and fossils and put them in a display box to show all her friends at school! She said everyone thought the gemstones and shark teeth were really cool! This is very giftable. She played with it for almost an hour by herself and then wanted me to make small soaps together. She felt a great sense of accomplishment when she dug out each gemstone and fossil

My kids and I both loved it. Next time, I'll buy a whole set so we can get free shipping!
