The Grand Garage is a lovely sturdy product very happy with it ,the colours and the features like the lift and the petrol pumps.I needed a small replacement part and they couldn’t have been more helpful ,a big thank-you to Tommy for excellent quick service .

Their customer service is absolutely diabolical. They’ll give you a timeframe to right their OWN wrong doings, and go well and truly past it with no explanation or even any help… I’m absolutely appalled and will NEVER order again.

Was looking for a replacement part for their pirate ship. Very quick reply to my email asking for a photo & my address. I asked how to pay but was told it would be sent out FOC.

Amazing company!!! So helpful! I had lost some parts to our My First Toolbench and they found some spares and have sent them to me. I’m so grateful. I offered to pay, but they said that they were happy to send them to me FOC. Wonderful to receive this kind of service in these days when there is less and less support for customers. We had a great experience dealing with Le Toy Van’s customer services department. My son was given the alphabet block tray for his first birthday, he’s now 5 and still loves playing with it, so high praise for that alone. Unfortunately he left the Z block in the garden and it got munched by the lawnmower. I thought I’d just try email to see if I could buy a single block and I got a quick response from Jo to say they had a Z block and asked for our address to send it to, no payment required. I was incredibly touched and it made my son’s day!! A big thank you to Jo and all at Le Toy Van… they really went above and beyond.

Quality Toy Box from Le Toy Van. It arrived really well packaged, with all the packaging able to be recycled.
The quality appears to be very good and the design is such that there will be no trapped little fingers! Very pleased with it.

I recently bought the ‘Sophie’s Doll’s House’. I found it scratched out the box on almost every panel, and hardly any of the holes aligned. As a result one of the screws angled and ruptured through the floor of the house. This is entirely typical of this kind of product nowadays; high spend on the front-end marketing, not at all matched by the actual design and manufacture. It’s a huge amount of money for what it actually is in materials, so quality should absolutely be a thousand times better than it is.

Ordered the cherry tree dolls house.
Pack came with 2 identical side pieces meaning that we had to order another correct part. Arrived just in time for Christmas, to be fair the customer service was fine.
Made the rest of the dolls house and the door section isn’t level with the screw meaning that the magnet is misaligned and therefore doesn’t shut

Poorly made - don’t waste your money

Funnily enough I’ve also got the pram and that’s poor also, the wheels constantly stick and don’t turn!

Won’t be purchasing anything else!

What a shame we have to rely on poorly made products from china yet companies are only bothered about profitability rather than quality

Poorly cut and made for a terrible experience in trying to build. None of the holes were large enough for the screws and it looks cheap

I recently had to contact Customer Service at Le Toy Van and spoke to Rosie regarding a broken part for my grand daughters dolls house. The service provided by Rosie was exceptional and the communication above my expectations.
We buy Le Toy Van because of the quality and reputation of products. My granddaughter loves her dolls house and plays with it obsessively it being her favourite.

I recently emailed Le Toy Van because, unfortunately, a part on one of the Le Toy Van toys that we have had broken. Le Toy Van replied very promptly and were so helpful, polite and friendly. They managed to source some replacement parts, and posted them out to us straightaway. When we received the parcel, there was also a small complimentary toy and a shopping bag inside. How lovely! What excellent customer service. Thank you 😊

We purchased the bluebird dollhouse from Fenwick, one of the doors didn’t fit. Fenwick was unhelpful and terribly slow at their response. I contacted Le Toy Van directly and spoke with Laura. She was amazing and sent a replacement part in no time. It really made my day and my daughter was so happy. She loves her dollhouse. Thank you Laura and Le Toy Van. I love all of your stuff and bought so many toys my daughter adores and not just that but your customer service is excellent.

I purchased the shop and cafe via Selfridges but one of the parts was faulty. Trying to deal with Selfridges customer service was a joke and I was getting nowhere. I ended up contacting Le Toy Van to see if I could deal with them direct. Their customer service is amazing! I first spoke with Sophie who then passed it over to Laura who arranged for the spare part to be sent out. My son hasn’t stopped playing with his new toy. The product itself is of a high standard just as is the customer service I received. I’ll definitely be buying more of their products. Thank you for you’re help ladies it’s greatly appreciated! ☺️

I love our Bunny Train! Clearly a lot of thought has gone into its design with regard to safety and resilience as well as play value. It’s also nice that there is minimal plastic in the toy and its packaging. An issue with my purchase was quickly resolved by exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend this brand, and I look forward to buying more of their lovely toys.

I acquired a second hand Baytree Dolls House which was missing its front door. Although Le Toy Van we’re unable to provide a replacement, they did, at no cost, send me new front panels which completed the restoration. It was exceptional customer service.

I bought the most beautiful wooden pirate ship and fort (together with pirates), and also a fire engine in 2020 for my grandchildren. They were absolutely delighted with these gifts! (And, so good not to be buying/giving plastic toys.)
(Prior to that, I also had purchased the lovely doctor's set.)
All these toys were so well constructed and such fun to play with.
Customer service was amazing and the lovely Operations Administrator Laura definitely went the extra mile when contacting her re. the purchase of extra cannon balls for the ship and another couple of queries I had.
I would thoroughly recommend Le Toy Van products for fun, quality and sustainability and a bonus to have such great Customer Services. :)

I've purchased many of their wooden toys for my own children and family members also. Great quality, always well packaged and great designs.
