Have joined bua health a few months back and must say from first phone call to now I have had nothing but goods words to say about them .Michael on WhatsApp to email quick and easy .prescription always well in advance coming through so no break on journey .keep up the good work all

The whole process was extremely fast. I love that you can meet with a dietician regularly and the follow up is so personalised! I feel genuinely well taken care of by An Bua Health. Today ill be flying out of the country for several days and my prescription will be due for collection whilst im away. Thanks to the team at Bua health they arranged an early collection from the pharmacy so my treatment wouldn't be interrupted.

I have to say, from the very moment I contacted Bua Health, I have been met with kindness, compassion and respect. No question I asked was deemed silly or an inconvenience. The reply to my emails was super quick and so efficient. Everything was explained clearly and patiently. As for my assessment by the doctors, it was excellent. I am so grateful to this service for how they have helped me and I would without any doubt, I recommend this company to anyone

I’m really impressed with Bua.ie. My experience from start to finish has been genuinely positive. The whole process felt professional, safe, and very supportive. The online assessment was simple, and I had a call with a really nice and friendly doctor the same day. I paid €50 for the audio consultation, and my prescription was approved within a couple of hours.

After that, I was able to choose a nearby Irish pharmacy. They contacted me later that day; I paid them directly for the medication, and they offered the option to either collect it or have it delivered to my home within 24 hours. Having everything handled through an Irish pharmacy gave me huge reassurance too about safety and legitimacy.

What also stood out was how responsive Michael and the team are. Any time I emailed with a question, they replied incredibly quickly with clear, helpful answers. It never felt automated — you can tell there are real people behind the service who genuinely care about making the whole process smooth, straightforward, and reassuring. It was so much easier than I expected :) Thank you Bua, I will definitely be back!

BUA Health as really made my life easier in the last 6 months.

When I was doing my online research prior to joining, their site offered plenty of hard evidence and consumer reviews that helped me trust the process.

I feel like every review period, I am heard. I don’t feel like just a number. When I feel about my body abs treatment plan is taken into account and I am so thankful for that. Even though WeGovy is a gentle increase, I have found steady results with a low to medium dose and I don’t feel the push to increase from the professionals. They have been supportive of me, and I feel well advocated for.
