It's been a great experience
It's been a great experience. The communication is great at every step, and you are never left wondering what is happening next. Also, being able to chat to a real person with knowledge of the Irish medical system is great, having the dietitian support is important too, and finally, having a choice between online or local pharmacies really helps.
