Excellent quality coffee beans, we like strong coffee to make up Americano and the Mambo Italiano Espresso Coffee is perfect. Deliveries arrive on time and subscription option is handy.

Really great coffee. We keep coming back to you as it tastes so good. We like the 5 strength beans best. But honestly it’s all really good.

I have ordered 3 times from Brown Bear and all of the times my orders has arrived quickly and complete. Their coffee bags are far superior to any of the supermarket brand I have tried and coupled with the fact the bags and packaging are recyclable is fantastic, after some research came to realise most brands bags aren't recyclable. I have made contact with the company with a fast same day friendly response. Can't imagine ever moving to another coffee company now.

Loved their coffee for some time now and decided to subscribe to ensure the flow! First subscription pack arrived damaged, but was quickly replaced. If you like a dark strong coffee I highly recommend the Mambo Italiano - fabulous!

Excellent espresso coffee produced from these beans using my Pavoni machine which I've had for 20 years but never really achieved anything this good.

Ordered from this company recently for the first time, I hadn't received any confirmation email after a few days so got in touch with them via email. All I can say is WOW! The customer service from Frazer was fantastic, I received a very polite and informative response within 1 hour of my original request. Frazer explained the delay, which was completely fair (Black Friday madness), and also gave me a very detailed update on where my order was and when I could expect delivery.
This could have been an experience that put me off of this company, however, it was handled so professionally I will most certainly be ordering again in the future.

I'm new to Brown Bear coffee but I can say that the Columbian coffee is absolutely delicious!
Yet to try the Christmas coffee. Customer service is great and most of all there is a great cause behind the company for the bears!🐻

I’m now a regular customer of Brown Bear coffee. They’ve got a really good range and we’ve been pleased with all of them. Our favourites are Blue Mountain and Colombian. Delivery is always fast and customer service is great.

As usual coffee is delivered quickly and in great condition.

I tried Brown Bear coffee bags primarily as they were very reasonably priced. I had tried another brand but it just wasn`t strong enough and was waaaay more expensive. I like the fact that my morning coffee is much less faff than using a caffetierre now. I usually brew my mine for 4 to 5 mins while I`m sorting the dogs breakfast. It`s a nice tasting coffee but I find I have to use very little milk to get the best out of the taste. It says use within 2 weeks but I only use 1...sometimes 2 bags a day so 50 bags lasts me a good few weeks. I haven`t noticed a drop in quality over that time so I`m happy. I may consider subscribing once I work out the best plan for me.

Brown Bear is now my provider of choice! My particular favourite is Mambo Italiano beans which I use to make doppio espressos! Fabulous flavour, 100% arabica so no harshness of Robusta but a beautiful full dark roast flavour

Excellent Blue Mountain Coffee Bags

Very Easy to order and arrived in a couple of days.
Lovely taste and so quick in the morning just pop a bag in the cup!. So much better than the pods.
This is most definately "The Bears...Coffee"
This is my second purchase and will buy again.
AND It helps the Bears.

Good tasting coffee makes me Grrrrrrrr! in the morning. You can't beat a great cup of coffee in the morning before a hard days foraging in the woods, fishing for salmon at the falls and chasing park wardens, just for fun!!
