The team have been very supportive, if ever we have any inquiries they are very quick to respond and help resolve any issues you may have. We also have had a number of tutorials with the team to help us understand the more dynamic features of Brothermailer like building segments and managing our contacts. They are patient and give you time to make sure you understand everything properly.
