I bought a tyre for maxi scooter all went fast and well. Item arrived ahead of schedulled time was fast.very much tahanking .

The shipment itself was well done, secured pretty good but part of the order was missing without prior notice. Because of that, the rest of the order was impossible to use. Aftersales contact is terrible. They do not answer the problems - making just useless statesments. Forget also to call - it is impossible. I do not recommend!

On March 28, 2025, I ordered an exhaust for a motorcycle (order 100074240). To this day I have not received my order or refund! Almost two months have passed and I have not ordered any parts or money!!!
To me they are scammers! I feel robbed!!!

I bought from their eBay profile, they were fast to deliver and the product matched the description.

Arrived in perfect condition a week later after I placed the order, Italy to the UK for under a tenner, can't be bad. The rack was fitted to my 2016 Vespa GTS300ie in under ten minutes, the fitment is spot on, the chrome work is excellent. The enclosed paperwork suggests applying petroleum jelly twice a yr, considering the British weather I think that's a good idea. The sprung section is very vicious on return, not suitable for small fingers i.e. children. Overall, It's a very good rack, and I'm very pleased with my purchase and am happy to recommend brixiamoto.com & will be buying a rear rack from them later this year.

I ordered an emergency radio MIDLAND ER250 BT from Brixiamoto on 2 May 25. For a long time there was no news. Then after about two weeks some emails about the item being posted. On 19/05 I received a package which contained a wrong item - some sort of protection case for a Midland walkie talkie. I immediately reported the issue to customer service and was asked to send photos. They said they would look into in and address the issue. Almost two weeks and seven unanswered emails later nothing has happened. Nobody replies, I have offered to send the wrong item back if they send me a return label, and I have asked for a refund. I even had my Italian friend contact them on WhatsApp, where they refuse to admit the error and resolve the issue. The radio cost 80 euros, and it seems like it is a scam. I am extremely disappointed and do not understand why nobody is willing to admit the error and resolve the issue, which is fairly simple. I want my money back! PLEASE!

I was informed every part of its journey from Italy to the UK.
Would I buy from brixiamoto 100% yes I would.
The parcel was very well packaged.

I ordered a helmet part paid online plus shipping, it never arrived ! It not possible to call them , and e mail never clear , they wont give my money back !!
I ordered it 1/2 November , now end of may no parts, no money back BE CAREFULL !!
