As efficient as you can get

We use BritTherm across our rental properties in Manchester around 20 houses, all fitted last winter. Zero complaints from tenants, bills went slightly down too thanks to lower energy draw. Spot on.

Tried BritTherm on a job where budget…

Tried BritTherm on a job where budget was a concern. Wasn’t expecting much, but installation was quick, pressure held steady and the motor ran quietly. It’s proven to be a dependable option at a fraction of the price of Grundfos. Will definitely consider using them again.

Super

Been shifting britherm pumps for a bit now and gotta say, they’ve smashed it. Got a pump for pretty much any job - heating, hot water, whatever. The lads actually know their stuff and sort you out if there’s any issues. Decent kit, decent margin - can’t complain!

UTTER GARBAGE…

One of their CH pumps was recommended by my local supplier as a much cheaper option to my broken 12yr old Grundfos. The new pump failed after a few weeks and was also very noisy. They did send me a FOC replacement after several phone calls, but that was exactly the same. Interesting that they don’t list a DB rating on their product. I’ve now fitted another Grundfos and all is well. Absolute garbage. Don’t buy them, just pay the extra for peace of mind.

I’ve fitted three of their pumps over…

I’ve fitted three of their pumps over the last twelve months and haven’t been able to register a single warranty. I’ve filled in the online registration but had no confirmation. So I would avoid this company.

Clueless

Clueless, poor product, even worse service. No one has a clue what is going on, no technical support offered when there was an issue with the installation. I was passed around from person to person on the phone and eventually i was transferred to an eastern European lady who essentially couldn't offer any technical support while i am on the job but was very quick to reassure me she is the 'CEO', where exactly does the 'Brit' in the name come from? utterly useless, stay far away to avoid disappointment

I would give 0 stars if possible

I would give 0 stars if possible. Heating pump guaranteed by BritTherm failed after just 6 weeks. BritTherm refused to honour it's 3 yr warranty as printed on invoice, despite item being purchased only 6 weeks previously, because the warranty was not registered within 30 days. If the warranty needs to be registered, this should be printed clearly on the invoice along with the 3 year warranty declaration - not on the item box !! The purchase date and invoice should automatically start a warranty period. Furioius .......what a consumer rip off. The failed pump £70 (not refunded or replaced) and a revisit and replacement pump refit (not BritTherm obviously) on Boxing Day , has cost me £200 on the job ! How is that fair ? Brittherm should be ashamed to use the word Brit in it's name. Clearly the requirement to register a warranty within 30 days of purchase or whatever ....is a mechanism that allows companies to get out of their responsibility for supplying inferior goods , as how many people do register goods for warranty? How many companies insist on it ? None ever in my experience.

All BritTherm pumps, including older range - are covered by a 3-year warranty. The requirement to register within 30 days is clearly stated on the product packaging, accompanied by a QR code and direct link to the registration form. This is a standard and transparent industry practice designed to ensure product traceability - not a way to avoid responsibility.

Warranty terms are not printed on invoices because BritTherm does not sell directly to end users. Our products are supplied through merchants and distributors, who issue their own invoices independently of our documentation.

With a return rate of just 0.003%, our products are proven to be reliable and we honour all valid claims. If you are a genuine customer and would like to provide proof of purchase, we are happy to review your case further. However, the situation as described is inconsistent with both our process and product history.
