OUTSTANDING.
I have ordered several pieces of kit from this company. On every occasion, the price has been exceptionally good and the quality of the kit first rate. I never had a problem until last week and it is the way they dealt with it that problem that stands them apart from others.
I had a deadline; an event to attend. Today was the last day. Short-staffed in the warehouse, the order did not go out in time, yesterday.
Admin staff went to the warehouse and despatched me a brand new item in place of the grade1 ordered but not yet sent and it arrived this morning, just in time. Awesome service; above and beyond. Thank you Sarah and the team. Boss: give that lady a rise, a promotion and some extra warehouse staff.

The gear is great - the service not so much.
The gear is great, and grade 1 is often almost as new. However, It took 4 weeks and 2 telephone calls to get my delivery dispatched. When it finally arrived, 2 central pieces of the order was missing. Instead, somebody had chosen to send multiple pairs of socks, headovers & long johns instead? Am i not gonna notice the missing rain suits because i now have extra socks?! I guess it'll take a few more phone calls more to get this right.

Good products and great service - recommended
This is my second order with British military surplus, and I'm very pleased with their services. I first ordered a jacket which was speedily delivered, and I was so pleased with it that it I ordered several other items. Not all the items i ordered that second time were in stock, and they got in touch to let me know and ask me if i wanted to amend my order. I was happy to wait for a few weeks till they got restocked. Getting back in touch with them a few weeks later they told me one of the item was still not available, and I chose to amend my order this time. Everything was quickly dispatched and delivered, and I'm very pleased with what i got for the price i paid.
Ordering from them you need to be ready to accept that everything might not be available, as they are a genuine surplus, not one of those website selling mock military brand new clothes, and what they receive might vary. But communication is truly excellent, and Sarah has been very helpful and prompt in investigating my order delay. You do feel like they really care for their customer. I will order from them again
