I never received my product. They said it was delivered to “my safe place” which I never nominated so have no idea. I don’t know the carrier so can’t track!! Never again!!

Shocking quality product, ordered to wear at the Arsenal parade, was careful to check delivery, didn’t arrive on time, totally unacceptable customer service. Despite the fact they have not delivered on their claims, no acceptance of responsibility, shouldn’t be allowed to trade, avoid at all costs.

Haven’t tried it on yet but I thought there ruffles on the end of the sleeves ..

Unbelievable service. Kept in full contact with my order. Updated regarding where my items where at and at what stage.
Then the items arrived and were brilliant quality. Super impressed

The goods took too long to arrive and the red top with 26 on the back has nothing to show is an Arsenal top, I am embarrassed to put it on

Good shirt, took longer than expected

The delivery time was far too long. I wanted this garment for the Arsenal Parade but it came yesterday 09 June 2026. It is quite nice quality but not really up to the standard I thought it would be for the cost. However, it will be worn.

The shirt was actually cotton and not that cheap nylon they are using now

The cap was ordered for a specific event. It didn’t arrive in time for the event.
Price was acceptable.
Quality not great.
Communication not great.
Don’t think I would order again .

I ordered an Arsenal 'Its Done' baseball cap, which took a while to arrive and was poorly packaged. On arrival the cap was so badly creased that I am unable to straighten it in order to wear. The description technically fits the product but the care and actual quality in my opinion is extremely poor.

If you are looking for quality, I would shop elsewhere to avoid being disappointed.
