The Panel's are wonderful great material and strong the colour is lovely I got natural oak and they are really sturdy and look great. The product arrived damaged
The product arrived damaged, with one of the four boxes containing mold. I contacted customer service immediately, but it took them a week to respond, causing a significant delay to my project. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, they asked numerous unnecessary questions before arranging a collection and advised that a refund would only be processed after they received the damaged items. They also refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience and delay, despite this being entirely their fault. In my experience, many companies offer a goodwill discount or compensation in these situations, but they refused to do so. Overall, the quality of both the product and customer service was extremely poor, and I found the entire experience unacceptable.

Missing boards
Took ages to get a delivery response. Only delivered 48 boards instead of 50. Some boards wasn’t cut to 2.9meters and some was bowed. I have recently emailed about my missing 2 boards and have not heard anything since.
