Excellent Outdoor Family Business

First time buyer but delighted with the sale price of my sandals. Easy website to browse with lots of brands and efficient from ordering to delivery on time. A family run business that deserves our support. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I got sent the wrong order

Unfortunately I got sent the wrong order
I'm afraid i don't have the order number as I deleted email but I bought a baracuta g9 in mist and they sent me a blue and the next thing was they didn't have the mist in size 46 so they refunded me fully. Was a bit annoying.

Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, and apologies again for the mix-up with your Baracuta G9.

In this case, the jacket arrived to our warehouse direct from the manufacturer with the incorrect barcode, which is how the wrong colour ended up being picked and shipped. It's a rare issue and not one we'd usually expect, but we completely understand the frustration. Unfortunately we'd already sold out of the mist in size 46, and the manufacturer was out of stock too, so a straight swap wasn't possible. The next best option was to get your refund processed quickly, which we did.

We're sorry the experience fell short on this occasion. We'd love for you to shop with us again so we can prove this was a very rare and isolated occurrence.
