These people are crooks and liars.
Deal with them at your peril. We bought boots that arrived very late and were the wrong size. At the post office, the tracking feature was more than the value of the boots so we paid £20 for fast post.
5 months later, they kept saying they needed a tracking number to activate the refund. I'm in a similar business and I know that by looking in the warehouse and bypassing the request for a tracking number, they could arrange the refund. The only communication we get from them is , have a nice day. Check out other reviews and you will see the same. Keep your money. They say they have an office in the UK..not true. They say they have an office in Holland...not true. They are known by the Chinese trade consulate too.

I ordered a "warm" Marigold coat, which took several weeks to arrive. It is, in fact, a thin, lightweight jacket of poor quality, not worth half the £44.95 that I paid for it.

I was informed that I must use a tracking company to return it to China, at my expense.

I will not use this company again.

Item not as described. Material is different. Item came with no labels at all.

Not accept return as written on policy, asking about photos with unpacked item with labels ... so just don't accept return and wasting time.
Would never buy from them and don't suggest to anybody else to use this shop.

Trying to return. They didn’t give me an order me in first place so it’s proving hard. They don’t respond. Don’t buy from here as the items look nothing like pics. No labels on garments

Purchased a jumper and it just didn’t suit me and the quality online didn’t quite match how it looked in reality however that was not my issue.
I emailed asking for my full refund. They were responsive to offer exchange or partial refund but as soon as I said no to these, they wanted to see photos of the jumper which I provided and I haven’t heard from them since. I’ve emailed four times and still no returns label.
Hoping to hear from them soon.
Unless you are happy to have an exchange or partial refund on a product I wouldn’t bother buying from this site as it shouldn’t be so difficult to return an item.
