Very quick delivery good service

I have used Britannia Coin Company before and, as previously, my item was dispatched very promptly and is of high quality. They stock limited edition coins that are hard to find or have sold out elsewhere and in my opinion their prices for these are fair and reasonable. I am happy to use this company

It was easy to order, it arrived quite quickly and was in perfect condition. It was bought as a gift and the recipient loved it.

I have purchased from The Britannia Coin Company on several occasions and have always found that they have a good range of coins on offer at competitive prices. The coins arrive in excellent condition and arrive within the stated timescale. A good company to deal with.

By far the worst gold coin company I have seen.
Expect your orders to be late, terrible customer service with staff that lacks any intelligence or standards.
They also stop replying once you ask for a complaint procedure.

My reply:
It’s false that you have worked with me to resolve the complaint. Your promised an update on the complaint which never happened. You also failed to supply me with the call recordings that proves your staff lying on the phone.
My last email to max was over a month ago (16/05/2025) yet it remains unanswered. This shows your dishonesty in claiming that you have worked with me to resolve the complaint.

Excellent service, orderd late on a Friday afternoon, spoke to customer service very friendly and helpful, price of the coin was very reasonable as well

I ordered for delivery to France and the service is perfect from start to finish. The order confirmation, payment and tracking of the shipment is done very well. Found this company via the YouTube channel and Christopher Collects who is employed by the company. I am happy with the coins delivered but I found the prices a tad steep. Even the highest mintage £2 coins have a substantial mark up. Had I conducted a more thorough research on comparable sites, I may have hesitated to pay such prices. I am hoping that in a few years time there may be some profit should I care to sell

Wanted to sell some old silver coins that had been in my house for a number of years. Found the BCC valuation process very simple and after sending coins by Special Delivery the agreed amount arrived in my bank account the following day. Very impressive.

Used BCC the other day as I wanted to sell some old coins. Obtained a rough valuation online, sent my coins to them, we agreed a final valuation and the funds were in my account within a few hours. An excellent and speedy service. Will definitely use again, a lot less hassle than selling privately or through an auction.

I have now used BCC twice to sell some coins. On both occasions their response was quick and their valuation more than fair. Payment was prompt. I can certainly recommend them and will use them in the future.

BCC website was easy to use and I obtained a rough valuation of my coins (ranging from gold sovereigns to 19th century very worn silver) from it. I sent my coins to BCC by Royal Mail Special Delivery on Thursday and received an acceptable valuation by email the next day, which I accepted over the weekend. I was paid by BACS on the following Monday. So fast and efficient, I thoroughly recommend BCC!
