We really liked and loved it. It will be delivered two days after we place the order, which is very efficient. After installation, the appearance is high-end, and the drinking faucet is convenient to drink and has no smell. The flushing faucet is very useful for multi-function use. I will introduce my friends to buy it.

I have to say I love this product. Had it for 8 months now and it does help the water. Just changed my first set of cartridges. But the customer service is tremendous. They always reply back even on the weekend and are so very helpful. Impressed.

What gem this company is. I wrote asking for some details and within an hour I had had a reply. As they are based fairly close to where I live I asked if I could collect a tap and filter unit and the answer was a very positive 'YES'.
When I arrived, there was a unit for me to look at and it appeared to satisfy all my requirements. I paid for it and took it home.
Installation was very easy, in fact the most difficult part was removing the old set of taps. After tightening up all the water connection, no drips and hot, cold, filtered water and a spray.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking to update their taps and filtered water supply system.

I bought a tap recently from Brighwaters. I got an immediate response as soon as I enquired about the product. We along with our friends ordered 5 3-way taps for our water softeners. Right from the start to end the process was seemless. The staff was really helpful when our friends approached initially and provided us with good discounts. One of the pipes were not working for which they agreed to provide the refund without much of a fuzz. Overall we are really satisfied with the product and service.

The service i got was really good any slight queries I got my answers straight away. As for the water filter I had to move a few things to fit it which was no problem.
Once fitted after 45 minutes everything was running up really very pleased I highly recommend the company I am happy that I picked onto a good company.
It may sound a lot of money but when I worked it out buying 1litre bottles over the year it would cost me approx £850 as we to use about 30 bottle per week plus you still had to buy water filters for a jug that cost £30 a pack of six and use several over the year

we bought the water filter with tap in march was very happy until the colour came off the silver tap we bought , emailed the company advising what happened I then received an email from Ellen who asked us to send pics of tap which I did. I received a prompt response from Ellen who said we will get another tap n old tap would be collected for free. The customer service is excellent and would recommend them. I will using them to buy water refill from .

The product came much quicker than anticipated, so that was great. I ordered a new tap, including the filter tap, which I managed to self-install, which after a few bumps (due to amatuer installer) i was able to successfully install. Over time, once the initial cost of the tap and system is swallowed up, then this product will be more cost effective than the water filter subscriptions available and nicer than the filter jugs. I am very happy I made this move

I ordered this kit following reviewing a number of like offerings from the net this product stood out to me as being well made yet simple to install and to replace filters I was not disappointed, they reminded me when change was due without undue pressure bright filters arrived and I fitted the full set in less than 2 minuets. Filters were comparatively priced compared to others I use in chilled hot dispenser I use this system is on my main sink in kitchin it is worth noting that at a later date I can add a chiller to this unit which I will do when my hot cold unit is no longer viable as I do not use its hot function.
Good all round product can total recommend it and as a retired chartered engineer in building services feel fully qualified to do so installed more than 1 year without fault

Best decision we made installing this filtered water tap! I’ve always been fussy about drinking tap water, it usually smells full of chemicals and doesn’t taste right, especially where we live. This filtered water tap made our drinking water perfect, no smell, no taste! We were so happy with it that I bought another one for my parents. Highly recommend!

This company is a gem. It’s a relatively small business providing first class service. Ellen answered all my questions promptly, the filter system was delivered promptly and it does exactly as promised. We had some installation issues but that was due to our worktop, nothing to do with the system itself. I can taste the difference in the water so I’m convinced it’ll be having a good affect on our health long term. Thank you very much, I wish we had used you sooner

Great company to deal with. I initially ordered filter only and then decided on a tap as well, this was supplied within a day with no fuss or extra postage costs. Back up on support is super quick too

We have had our water filter for 8 months and are very happy with it.
We also ordered our 1st replacement cartridges which were delivered fast and were incredibly easy to fit.

The experience we had with the bright water company was second to none. Our first under sink filter unit unfortunately did not work the small drinking water tap. Our plumber rang them, they replied soon after & sorted out the problem by sending us a completely new filter unit which arrived 2 days later. Ellen kept me informed by email. This filter system is cost effective and has 3 filters which is why I liked it , not only can it filter out metals , it can filter slime , bacteria, bugs and also fluoride which is highly toxic if taken internally, knowing the government is now adding extra fluoride into our tap water is a huge concern .
You will see the difference in your glass . Clear as clear can be this water .
Be careful when you install as my plumber didn’t put the blue clips they provide for each pipe and the waste pipe . After a year it leaked . Ellen is always available to help over the phone and on face time . She is efficient and calls you right back . She can resolve any issue help and advice . A very good customer service .
The filters are not huge and easy to self assemble . You can take it with you to any house incase you leave house you don’t need to leave it behind .
I didn’t change my tap , or use the extra tap ontop my plumber used my own tap for the cold water everywhere and it also stopped all the limescale on my stone sink which used to leave limescale white marks . So I have killed two birds with on stone .
I am ver happy with it .
