This was my first year filing my wife's US taxes after her move to the UK.
Our circumstances are not complicated, but the forms are!
From my first virtual meeting I felt reassured that we were being looked after by professionals who knew what they were doing but were also keen to give a personal service. Every step of the process went as smoothly as I can imagine. I am very happy to have found Bright!Tax and am looking forward to continuing our relationship.

Its not over yet, but so far so good. The Client Data Base online works well although sometimes the titles are obtuse and dont refer to what is inside. Its now been 3 times that I just get used to adviser 1 when, suddenly Im switched to advisor 2 and now Ive been switched to advisor 3. I definitely get the feeling that the organization is growing ,but a heads up or explanation could help ease the transition. Its unclear to me how deeply my documents were read as it appeared that no one really looked at my French tax return, they just wanted 3 figures that had already been on a form I uploaded months before, so that is a bit puzzling. A telephone call I booked is still a couple of weeks in the future so this could be cleared up at that time, I simply dont know now.

Smooth correspondence and filing. Liked the site and how it was expedited. Expectations were met on pricing and professionalism. They have a repeat customer with me and my spouse. She was pleased as well with great peace of mind and delivered what was promised.

Great smooth process
However my emails were not always answered - I informed them I got COViD & missed a payment date plus asked about a small business idea while living in Canada as a dual citizen regarding taxes & never heard back.
Otherwise just for US taxes - was great.

Excellent service, reasonable rates and knowledgeable accountants. The process is very well organized and the interface is quite intuitive / easy to follow. Unlike other providers, you can easily speak to your CPA without much of a hassle. Reasonable turnaround times as well.

This company is excellent, very responsive and knowledgeable about US tax schemes for expats. I have lived abroad for many years in many countries and have always filed my taxes on my own until my circumstances changed, requiring professional help. I cannot recommend them enough. It may seem a bit pricey, but for piece of mind knowing that your taxes are done correctly and submitted without you needing to worry about it, it's worth it!

My preliminary online meeting with Brianna went very well. She explained everything well and answered all my questions completely. Once we started the process I was in touch with Brianna and also Achilleas by e-mail. They both returned my e-mails promptly, and answered all questions thoroughly. In addition, their platform was very easy to use (uploading documents, etc.).
