Paul proved to be very professional and reliable during our move to Italy, despite one significant setback. He also followed all of my numerous instructions, minimising my work afterwards. I totally recommend.

Paul and Greg and their fantastic team done an excellent job moving my entire 2 bed household from the UK to Berlin this January 2020 within two days including packing and dismantling and rebuilding of beds and wardrobes. Everything went smoothly and all items arrived in pristine condition.
I got quotes from 5 removals companies but Bright Removals' offer was the best value for money offer. I loved that they do an extensive video survey to estimate price, no of boxes etc and the survey was spot on!
The company is reliable, communication is great, staff are friendly, professional, calm, very helpful and extremely hard working.
I could not have wished for a better removal company!

Bright Removals were absolutely brilliant. Very good value for money and excellent service. They brought their own wrap, bubble wrap, protectors and more. Nothing broke or went missing during the move. I highly recommend booking a home visit so that they can properly evaluate how much space and time is needed. Paul is very knowledgable and make sure you take his advice!

Very professional, friendly team who got the job done with minimal hassle

The move went fine even though I worried whether Bright Removals would be able to fit everything into the white van! But they worked a miracle and managed to get it all in. And the unloading of the moving goods went smoothly as well.

I used Bright Removals to send some furniture to my daughter in Berlin. I liked the fact that the furniture was to be collected on a Friday and delivered the following Monday. The furniture was collected at the time given to me. Each piece of furniture was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, blankets and plastic. The furniture arrived in Berlin at the time given and was carried up four flights of stairs to my daughters flat. All furniture was unwrapped and all wrappings taken away. The gentleman who collected the furniture was extremely obliging. I would certainly use Bright Removals again, should I have a need to.

We moved from Yorkshire to Germany, and this company was simply outstanding. Worth every penny and then some more. It took just two days to receive our possessions without any damage at all. You may get a cheaper quote elsewhere, but I guarantee you that the service will not be in the same league. Bright were the only company that could do a door to door solo move, while others wanted to charge thousands to put our stuff in warehouses and would not commit to delivery dates.

Bright Removals agreed collection and delivery times and they arrived exactly on time. The team were very friendly and took care of everything. Super polite, and went out of there way to ensure that we moved everything we needed. Huge thanks to Pawel, Grzegorz and Leszek for the best job possible.

Drop off just 48 hours later in Germany was smooth. They contacted local authorities to ensure loading space was reserved, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

If you have a big move don't waste time on anybody else. You get what you pay for and the quality of service here is the best value for money we have received during the whole process of moving countries.

This company cannot be faulted. In Austria when they packed our goods they worked flat out in very high temperatures with hardly a break. When they delivered our goods in the UK again they worked nonstop for three hours. In the move only one glass was broken which I do not think was too bad. I would recommend Brights to anyone who wishes to move house.

These guys moved us from Germany to South Yorkshire, not only were they cheaper than the other quotes we got, but they were able to do specific dates and a sole move rather than requiring us to be flexible on dates and part loads like the others.
From initial contact with Greg and the video survey at short notice with Paul to the truly awesome team who packed and loaded our stuff, they were very professional.
To say I was impressed would be an understatement!!!

I chose Bright Removals based on their excellent reviews and I could not have been happier with the service I received when shipping some items to Frankfurt. My contact person Greg was friendly, responsive, and extremely patient and helpful when I wanted to make changes to my order. I felt like my belongings were in safe hands throughout the process. The guy who delivered my items was also very professional and updated me with his arrival time when he was near. This being my first time shipping items I cannot really comment on the price, but I found it reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service. Would definitely use Bright Removals again.
