I love my dental hygienist and my …

I love my dental hygienist and my dentist. The front desk is always polite and helpful. Waiting room wait time is minimal. The reason why i give it a 4 and not a five is because if you have to re-schedule/ change your routine appointment they most often don't have anything available for at least one month. Also, they mandate x-ray examination once a year which I think it is unnnecessary when you have healthy teeth and not experiencing any problems.

Shar and the entire team is just …

Shar and the entire team is just amazing. I have never felt more at ease at a dentist ever! Dentists like Dr park and Dr lee are skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. All of the work myself and my famiky have had done here, has been 100% great work. Even if I moved to another city, I would always come to this maple valley location. Front desk and reception team is friendly and welcoming.

My hygienist was awesome

My hygienist was awesome! She was amazing and did an excellent job. She made me very comfortable during a very uncomfortable procedure. Thank you really appreciate it.

Warm welcome

Started off with a very nice person setting up the appointment. The facility was clean and all the people there were very nice. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone!

Time management

The lengthy delays to start your appt and between when X-rays are taken and actual teeth cleaning starts is unreasonably long. The staff, however, appear caring and very competent. Time management is the issue here resulting in the lower rating.

The dentist and her assistant that I saw today did an amazing job and I have a huge phobia of dentists. They calmed my nerves and were very gentle.... I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone how great they were.

The staff at BrightNow

The staff at BrightNow, starting with the call center itself, is so friendly, upbeat and nice. I was in pain, and when I needed it most, the receptionist, Sarin, the dental assistant and especially the doctor, Dr. Rebecca Shahid, were comforting and professional. They put me at ease and I am so glad I found this clinic.

Tooth Emergency!

I had a tooth emergency and I was able to call and get in. When I arrived the customer was great and the service was quick and efficient! The Dentist did a great job with my tooth and the dental assistance was great as well! The whole office was friendly and remembered me from my last visit.

Not a positive experience this time

I've been before but this visit was definitely challenging! Upon arrival, I was asked immediately if I was there for oral surgery. I said no just a regular appointment. My appointment time was 9:30 but I was not called back until 9:45. The X-ray tech didn't even greet me but just turned and expected me to follow. Then she tried to tell me I just had X-rays the week before but I was out of the country and so I knew that was false. It wasn't until I told her that it was showing the 2016 year not 2017 that she realized it had been a year since my x-rays. She was very slow and taking the x-rays. Then she tried to take me to the exam room, but it was set up for surgery so she stuck me back out in the waiting room. I sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting to get called back to see the hygienist. The hygienist was very friendly and apologized for the wait and really tried to turn the appointment around. After my cleaning she informed me that the dentist was busy and asked if I could come back later for my exam. I asked if she could at least go check to see if the dentist was available because I don't feel I should have to come back. Luckily the dentist was able to see me and that was a positive experience. I personally feel that they should either schedule appointments farther apart or make sure they have enough people on staff to handle it. There's no reason that I should have had a 9:30 appointment and not leave till after 11.
