They said that the $59 was only for people paying cash or no insurance. I told them I would pay cash. They told me that they had already billed my insurance I told them there was no way that I was going to pay $300 when they did nothing but x-rays and the Dentist came in and poked a few teeth. Stay far away from this dentist company. There is nothing on the ad that says that you must pay cash or no insurance. Good luck getting payment for $300. Not happening.

Everyone was so nice and they didn't try to charge me more money like some people have claimed they did. Overall I was very happy when I left the office in Crystal River, FL. I don' know about other offices but the staff here was great.
literally the WORST dental practice ever
(this is for the Cave Creek Rd location in Phoenix). It's gobsmacking how unprofessional this company is & poorly trained the staff are. I went in for my 1st time for the standard exams/cleaning. I showed up on time, then waited in their freezing cold, ugly, disordered office for an HOUR & A HALF without anyone updating me on when I'd be seen or why it was taking so long. No "we're sorry, it'll just be x amount of time longer" or asking if I’d like to keep waiting or reschedule. Turns out they were dealing w/my 1st time patient process of checking out my insurance, getting dental records, etc, all things that should've been done BEFORE my appt. Finally after waiting all that time with no update, apology, or offer to reschedule, i went to the desk for clarity. The girl was terse & unprofessional (no eye contact, spoke in a low, mumbled way, slumped in her chair, seemed disoriented). She said, "lemme see what's going on" After another 5 mins, I said, "so can you tell me what's up & what i should do??". She told me she was having issues getting what she needed from my insurance & whatever else &she didn't know how much longer it'd be. So I rescheduled &left. A few days later i came back at my scheduled time, gave my name to the girl at the desk (who it turns out is not a receptionist but one of the dental assistants; they have no reception staff AND no manager), sat down (still a disordered, freezing, unkempt office), waited like 10 mins, then asked when i'd be seen, and she replies, "You were scheduled today?" I said yes, 11am. She asked, "who did you schedule that with?" I said, "YOU, and I got a text confirmation", and she says, "oh. okay, well i don't have you in here. And we don't have anyone to see you; i'm a dental assistant but i can't leave the desk right now. Can you come back?" (no remorse expressed). Regrettably i agreed to come back later that day at 3pm. At 2:30pm the same girl called to ask if i could come in right then instead of 3. I told her i couldn't as i was finishing up work. So I came at 3, waited 10mins, sat in the x-ray chair ready to finally get this appt over with. Suddenly the assistant (different than the one at the desk) goes nonchalantly, "so you'll be able to speak with the doctor & we'll do your x-rays, but not your cleaning." I'm like "umm excuse me?" She says, "Yeah we don't have a hygienist here right now.” I told her this was my THIRD time here in about 5 or 6 days & I’d spoken to someone on the phone 3 times, and this should've been something told to me ANY one of those times, so why am i just being told this now? She stumbled her words, "yeah i don't know. you can make an appointment at a different location (far away) if you want, but we probably shouldn't even do your x-rays today ‘cuz we'll have to bill them out & you really should do them together w/your cleaning," even though she was all set up & just about to start my x-rays. I was so confused. I expressed my upset & told her briefly about my experience here thus far. She was unsympathetic & cavalier, like "ok, well sorry. you wanna to go to another location?" I was stunned. I got up out of the chair & said I'd just find another practice because this was absurd. As i got my purse & started walking out, no one said anything to me to take accountability or express regret at how I was treated -- and it was the same girl at the desk I'd been dealing with who should've said SOMETHING. She didn't even look up from her computer. Later I called in (took several mins to get through) & asked who i could speak to about the whole ordeal (yes i went full Karen - no shame. they deserved it). The girl on the phone (Joyce who i think is the same one i'd been dealing with) told me they don't have a manager but i could speak to the dentist. She had the opportunity to apologize for the craziness I'd been put through & for all the time from work I'd sacrificed, but again, she was cold, aloof, uncaring. So that was that. Moral of the story: do NOT come here! They're godawful.

COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY. IVE BEEN WAITING 8 MONTHS FOR REFUND FROM 2 YEARS AGO, AND IS STILL BEING TOLD IT'S WAITING APPROVAL FROM THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE.

What didn't go wrong. They'd never answer the phone. They overcharged grossly. Their insurance plan doesn't cover anything they only jack up their prices to accommodate the lower price that they say you're going to get with the insurance plan they put a crown in my tooth and they put it on wrong. It's so crooked that I can feel a gap in between said crown and my original tooth. I do not recommend Bright Now at all.
They promise a free consultation then call months later demanding a payment
Do not go here. They will tell you that a consultation is free and then call you everyday demanding a payment for a consultation. This is a scam. They lure you in for work you know you need. Then tell you a ridiculous price just to get the 275 consultation fee. Big scam. I literally sat there for maybe 4 minutes with the Dr. Who said let me see. Then he said the lady in front will bring you a estimate.

I went in for a cleaning and Xray was told i needed more in-depth cleaning even though I was just at the dentist 6mo ago and the bill was going to be over $1000. After declining that option they refused to clean my teeth but took my money for X-rays and then never gave them. So I paid for nothing and wasted 1.5 hours of my time.

I made an 8am appointment for a new patient cleaning and X-rays. At 8:45 I went up to ask if there was a problem. I was told the doctor had "multiple" patients for that time slot and there had been a mistake. Somehow they got my name mixed up with someone else's. After asking a few questions I learned that new patients do not get a cleaning, just X-rays and a consult. Then they said their 3rd party that sets up appointments are always telling people they can have a cleaning when they cannot. Why wouldn't they retrain them if they're giving incorrect information?? Then I was told that I would have to wait until April for the cleaning. First impressions are important and theirs sucked. I told them to remove me from their systems completely. They are unprofessional and unorganized. A total waste of my time. I will never use this company.

Charged for prep work done by a previous visit, faulty bridge install, did not do the required root canal for the bridge, broke the agreement made for the dental visit, billed for work done by anther dentist, tooth extraction torn up my gums so bad had to have a different dentist stich up what was torn!
Brite now dental from what they did not do for the bridge install (root canal) I have had a dull pain in that tooth ever since. There billing office will not ask the insurance companies why they refused to pay benefits for the work they did more so on work billed for from a previous visit ( Double Billed )
It would be best and safer for you to find a different Dentist then Brite Now Dental
The lower partial hurts when used because of the repair need to fix the torn gum from the tooth extraction

I have been trying for over a year to get my lower partial, i have had nothing but bad expieriences with the Bright Now Dental in Spring Hill Fl. they made my lower partial and it was so painful to wear that I have been back for adjustments or new try ins at least 18 times. still no bottom partial. they say they call and leave messages on my phone, but no calls appear. i call this lying!! my next step is an attorney consult but I must warn anyone who wishes to go to Bright Now Dental on Commercial Way in Spring Hill Fl. Extra billing - Elderly Abuse
I am writing today as I was as I was taken advantage of, because of my age by Bright Now! Dental in Lake Elsinore, CA.
I had dental work done last year that was completed in Sep 2020. Before anything was done, I gave Bright Now! Dental in Lake Elsinore all my Insurance Information so they could check out what was covered and all the terms necessary to complete any work needed.
They called me back about 1 week later advising me what could be performed during that calendar year 2020.
It was decided to do 2 deep cleanings, 1 crown and extract 1 tooth.
All the planned work was completed and I paid my portion bringing the total I owed to zero.
Now all of sudden, over 6 months later I am receiving a bill for $ 161.00. They tell me it is because I did not wait 7 days between cleanings and my insurance is not covering that.
I totally disagree with the additional monies owed because Bright Now! Dental in Lake Elsinore, who is supposed to be the expert in these matters did not follow the guidelines and rushed to complete the cleanings in 2 days instead of spreading them out. They are trying to take advantage of me because of my age by bullying me and when I said I would complain, they said that is my right.
I had other work planned for this year and so did my wife and other family members but now with this incident, we can not trust them anymore and will go to another dentist who does not take advantage of their customers.
They made the mistake and will not own up to it.

I have major anxiety & panic attacks when it comes to the dentist. When I made my appointment at Bright Now Dental in Frederick, Md on Buckeystown Pike, I let them know about this. When I went to my 1st visit, my anxiety was through the roof when I walked in but went away in the 1st 10-15min! My Hygienist was GREAT! She taught me things about dental hygiene that I didn't know. The way they talk & treat you there is very calming. I had to get "root scaling" done & I've heard stories about how bad that is but It wasn't bad at all!! Again, it was from how they treat & talk to you. They tell you all that is going on so there are no surprises. I had to have oral surgery done & I got 2 partials put in & I'm so happy I finally had the dental work done!! My dentist, Dr. B..., she is the BEST dentist EVER!! She has a way with people that is just so beautiful! From the way she talks, treats & teaches you, I guarantee you won't want to go anywhere else ever again. (we need more Dr. B's in the world) If you have anxiety, panic attacks or no issues at all & you're looking for a dentist or want to try a new dentist, you should try Bright Now Dental!! They are ALL AMAZING @

Service was good BUT they r now charging each client $10. Per visit for their (dentist, technicians, etc) protective gear. Their NOT supplying YOU with gear. Ur PAYING for THEIR gear on top of the cost of the office visit.

Promises broken and extra charges
My experience with Bright Now has been very bad, and they make promises but don't do anything to address it. When I called two days before my appointment to confirm, it turns out they had lost the appointment I'd made two weeks before. They later said there'd been a problem with somebody gone on vacation. But then when we got there, there was a half hour wait (at 9 in the morning?)
Worst though was that they charged us nearly $700 more than they charged the insurance company. When I went to the office to discuss it, they said I had to talk to the office manager, who had just left. Left message; office manager did not call back. Insurance company confirmed for me the bill they'd been sent, and it was different from the receipt that I'd been given. When finally reached by phone, he said he'd address it - but never did. Since I'd already paid I've got no leverage with them. I would NOT recommend anyone use Bright Now and if you must, MAKE THEM BILL YOU and wait to see what they charge the insurance company.
