Brilliant onboarding process - Aaron Maher

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BrightHR & BrightSafe Onboarding Review**

I had an onboarding session with **Sarah Yeates**, and she was fantastic. Sarah explained both BrightHR and BrightSafe clearly, kept everything easy to follow, and answered every question with patience and professionalism. Her friendly approach made the whole session engaging and genuinely helpful. I came away feeling confident using the systems and really impressed by the quality of the support. Highly recommended!

Excellent Training and Support

I had a very positive experience with Sarah Yeates during my BrightSafe training session with Evergreen Horizon Services Ltd. She was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout. Sarah took the time to ensure I fully understood the system and provided helpful resources after the session. Her support has greatly improved my confidence in using BrightSafe. I would highly recommend her service.

We went through all aspects of Bright HR system that related to us. Sarah was very helpful and patient with me and guided me through the system to get the information I needed.

Aaron was professional

Aaron was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a comprehensive overview of all aspects of the Bright HR software, answered all my questions and made sure that I knew how to access further support if required. I'm confident that it will benefit the business.

Excellent

I received training from Amy Byrne on Bright HR and Bright Safety, and the session was excellent. She explained everything clearly, was very knowledgeable, and made the systems easy to understand and use. The training was well-structured, engaging, and extremely helpful, and I now feel much more confident using both platforms.

Getting to know My BrightHR Sytem better

It was very helpful to review the HR software again with Aaron, who was patient and thorough in responding to all my questions. I hadn’t been utilising the system as effectively as I should have, so going back into it I really needed a refresher. Aaron was able to clearly direct me to various aspects of the system that I hadn’t been aware of, which was extremely valuable. He was professional and knowledgeable and above all patient!

BrightHR as a new client

We are new to BrightHR and only learning about it. So far it has been a good experience as the team have been very supportive in helping us understand the system and get up and running. We will need to test it for a few months to give a more informed review, but for now it is very promising.
