There seems to be no answer when requesting a replacement for a faulty night light...I have now written to them 3 times and have still not received a reply. Very odd customer service, unfortunately.

A nightlight was ordered as a babyshower gift. I included a personalised message and referenced HE. When the order arrived - Brighter Made referenced SHE.
The name on the light should have been CARTER. When the order arrived - the name on the light was HENLI.
**** Impossible to get hold of anyone - they do not respond to emails and don't have a phone number****.
