I cancelled my membership via email as requested, they still charged me. The reply email they sent said sorry you want to cancel BUT we will lower your shipping. Not what I wanted. I didn’t want to continue the membership and I have every right to cancel. The worst mistake I ever made was joining this company. I have sent a second cancellation email, hopefully they will honor the request.
Run away from this company….. just buy your jewelry elsewhere because if you have to pay 27$ for shipping, go to the department store and buy better quality.

I saw an ad on IG and joined immediately. I received my first piece (a gold cherry pendant necklace) yesterday and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED. The shipping time, the packaging and unboxing was a great experience. I hope they continue with this standard of customer satisfaction 👌🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

The cherry luck's necklace is beautiful but too small for my neck. I just received the silver toring necklace. It's beautiful, I can wear it one of the bracelets I received. I gave to my sister for Christmas. She wears it all the time. Doesn't fade if she loves it

So dissapointed. Signed up for their jewelry club which claimed shipping would be 9.97 per month then a month in it jumped to 24.97! Supposedly they sent an email with the changes but I didnt seem to see it. I wish I had just picked some jewelry I actually liked rather than being out $118 since January for a few pieces of jewelry that sell for the same as I paid for shipping :(

I don't wish to continue with my subscription. I'm not vey impressed with what I received. I sent an email today to cancel and the response was that the manager was contacted and agreed to every other month. That's not what I requested. They cannot just choose to change my subscription frequency. I don't want the jewelry. It's cheap and not my taste. I've only received one piece as this is my first shipment. I have EVERY RIGHT to decide if I want this jewelry. I WANT MY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELED!!
UPDATE: THEY JUST CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION!

My daughter broke her necklace — the gold cherry necklace, to be exact — and she was so sad because it’s her favorite. I reached out to Solarie to see if I could repurchase it, and they kindly offered to replace it for free. I was honestly so shocked and so grateful.

I sent them a picture of the broken necklace, and they took care of everything. We received the new one within a week, and my daughter is beyond happy and thankful.

Thank you so much for turning this into such a special moment for us. 💛

I love my cherry luxe necklace but unfortunately I’m having to cancel because they increased the shipping cost with no notice at all the 2nd month so I’ve only received 1 item ! I was super excited to see the next piece and was hoping for the Celeste bracelet but oh well!! Very disappointed

This company is totally legit! I got an adorable cherry necklace and a rose gold bracelet with blue and white sapphires. The jewelry is high quality (so far!). I wear the bracelet every day, and it seems to be very durable. I haven't with the necklace yet as I have so many on right now, but I'll update this review once I do get the opportunity to wear it. I do wish there was a bit of green on the cherry necklace. It's all red, and it looks a bit weird, but it looks fine on the neck, so I really don't have any complaints. I can't wait to see my next piece! Thank you, Solaire!

The cherry necklace was very pretty it came in a pretty box packaged nicely. I don't wear a whole lot of necklaces but this one I think I'll wear.
Can't wait to see what the next order will be.

I signed up for Solarie’s monthly jewelry club
At first I was really skeptical, I will say that I have been pleased ever since
The first item I received was a necklace with a cherry pendant, and the cherries were absolutely gorgeous the way they shine in the light, my granddaughter has been trying to talk me out of that necklace and I plan on buying her one for her birthday

The jewelry is actually made very durable and not easily breakable
Every month I get a different piece and I’m always pleased because they are the absolute cutest items and some items are very unique and I love that
I wish I could wear them all at one time because I could never decide which one I want to wear with an outfit because they’re also so cute

I will say that I I have tried a couple other small jewelry, monthly clubs, and to be honest I really wasn’t that pleased
I think that if you like unique jewelry, then this is a great little club for you to join
The price is very reasonable
And their customer service has always been right there if I need them they answer back very quick
And they’ve absolutely answered any questions that I may have

This is an honest opinion from an honest person I was not given any type of promotion for my review
I honestly feel like they deserve a really good review because I am happy with the monthly jewelry that I received from them

I love my piece I got and am very happy with it I am excited to get a new one soon.

Cherry necklace! I wear it even in the shower and it hasn’t affected it at all! Also customer service is on point ! I’ve had a few times where I had to ask solarie a question or had any issues with pricing they were so quick to respond and accommodate! Will definitely stay with this company! And recommend to my friends!
