The supervisor reached out to me and helped craft an affordable plan. I was eager for my daughter to have a tutor over the summer, and thanks to their support, it became possible.

My son hasn’t had a lesson all month and half if last month ! It’s not fair and your payments are made on time! I would like a new tutor before my card is charged again!

Staff teachers are excellent

When I signed my daughter up I thought I was paying for a year but come to find out that the price is monthly which was disappointing because my daughter loved the tutoring and customer service is amazing and they will work with and the tutors are great also.

The kid that doesn’t like math loves it now

I had a very disappointing experience.

Canceling the subscription is nearly impossible. Even after requesting to cancel, they continued charging my card.

My teacher frequently had internet connection issues, which took time away from my lessons. That lost time was never made up.

Another teacher used lesson time to pressure me into purchasing additional subscriptions instead of teaching. The missed lesson time was never compensated either.

On top of that, they constantly contacted me by text, phone, and email—more than five times—which became excessive and disruptive, making it difficult to focus on my work.

I would not recommend this service.

The teachers are excellent and the material is excellent in stimulating the student’s creativity and ability. It leaves the student wanting more

My experience with Brighterly is very positive. My kids love its she improved a lot. She shows excitement when there a meeting. I highly recommend this to your kids.

I enjoy how Mark keeps my daughter engaged the entire session by giving her brain breaks and telling her to repeat the math concepts back to him. I also like how he encourages her to take notes and to look back to what she wrote when answering questions.

Working hard towards reaching grade level before the new academic year begins. Grateful for the additional math support for my rising 4th grader.

It was a great experience for my child, even I would like her to take notes and write down the instructions given by the teacher but she took the class as fun and the teacher understood the assignment. She did much better on ELA. Thank you !

Good place for my boy to learn

There’s not a lot of available schedule. Then we get cancellations and not able to reschedule due to limited schedule.

Great my son has went up two level grades

I like the way teacher Mark Shane explains the concept and engages my child throughout the lesson. She's learning new skills and concepts in every session with her teacher, and her Math is improving.
