Great customer service

Brilliant company their products are of amazing quality, my daughters just gone into her third year of wearing the same jumpers and blazer and I’ve not had to replace them as she’s not outgrown them and the products are still in fantastic condition. So if you’re looking for clothing that’s going to last saving you money this is the best place for it. Items wash well and stay looking good. Only had one problem with an item which was no fault of the company and they dealt with it professionally and quickly, Elle was so kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure it was dealt with properly, they respond to any queries very quickly and will help you the best they can. If you’re looking for good quality long lasting school uniform this is the place to shop.

Do not use this company!
Absolutely would not recommend! It is made clear that parents cannot talk to someone on the phone if there is a problem. Ordered from them in the summer multiple items and was fine, then ordered recently and they didn't embroider the school logo even though I entered in the primary school. What I received was a plain white polo shirt and paid £14.95 for it including postage! How can it be the same price without the logo as for with logo! I was sent an email to return the item but rather than wasting time with the hassle, the company should just supply the item with the logo as it said nowhere that it may or may not arrive with one!

Having reviewed your order and correspondence with our Customer Services team, we can see that the item supplied was a plain polo shirt, which was processed in line with the order placed. We appreciate that there was some confusion regarding the expectation of an embroidered logo.
In response to your enquiry, our Customer Services team offered for the items to be returned either through our free returns process or via the school, and advised that we would replace them with embroidered alternatives as a gesture of goodwill. At the time of writing, we have not received a response to our most recent email outlining these options, however this offer remains open.
In response to your email communications, we have also updated the ordering options for this school so that parents have the choice of either plain or embroidered polo shirts to help avoid any future confusion.
Please do respond to our email if you would like to proceed with the return and replacement.

Brilliant service

Fantastic customer service – thank you Elle!
I placed an order with Brigade Clothing over a week ago as my son was moving schools mid-year. After ordering, I was able to try some uniform from the school’s lost property and realised the sizes I’d ordered were too small.
I contacted Brigade and spoke to Elle, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful over the phone, amended all the sizes for me, and even fast-tracked the order as my son currently doesn’t have any uniform. I finished the call feeling extremely satisfied and genuinely relieved.
Thank you so much, Elle — you made my life so much easier and saved me from having to receive the order, return everything, and place a whole new order. Outstanding customer service and a real credit to Brigade Clothing.

No response after e mail sent 6 months ago
I have used this company previous and was very very happy with the order.
After time , I then ordered a bigger size blazer and was not happy with the quality of this blazer as obviously using a different supplier,so I emailed the company stressing that is it possible to try and change it to the same as previous if they still have those particular make blazers . I understand that companies are probably trying to cut back and trying to do it as cost effective but my reason for two stars is that as a parent the only way to reach out is by e mail and no phone number to contact ..
I emailed on 02/07/2025 and 6 months later , I have had absolutely no response. Even if they e mailed back explaining the situation as to why the quality is not as good , would have been nice . We as parents are still customers ,
