I tried using your call back system with limited success, I did receive a call back several hours later but was unable to take the call. I was able to get through two days later, and that was not without issues. Hoping the replacement machine is without problems and not damaged in shipment again.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had
I was repeatedly asked for info that I had already included in the initial opening of the case (e.g., description of problem, model and serial number), under the implicit threat that if I didn't respond quickly enough the case would be closed. After more than a week of going back and forth, I was essentially told none of that mattered because my unit was out of warranty. So I got two years of use out of one of the most expensive microwave ovens on the market. My question about having it repaired at my own expense has gone unanswered.

I spent over a month fighting with…
I spent over a month fighting with different people about getting my issue resolved. I didn't receive call backs when I was supposed to and it took weeks to get back in touch with someone. It finally got resolved, but I lost thousands of dollars in revenue due to the delay. Now I get a joke of a reply about things not warranted and what they can offer. I didn’t ask for anything, I was also not offered anything. The customer service for this company is extremely disappointing, especially after spending so much on machines. I would never recommend this brand or using their customer service for anything. WHAT A JOKE!

We had to send the air fry oven in for Service. The customer service and return process were easy and quick. Upon return of the Appliance, we continued to experience problems. The customer service agent was very helpful. We shipped it back and received a new one within five days. Appreciate the quick and comprehensive service.

The staff is not very understanding and reasonable to access my problem. They just simple fixed my concern by using a typical AI answer and insisted I have no right to question the manufacturing quality issue since my warranty has just expired. I think that is very unprofessional when Breville image is about quality. But it has been proven is not. Very disappointed but what can I say. The customer team just shoo me off and tell me there is no management body i can refer my concern too. Very very unprofessional
