I highly recommend Brentacre Insurance for modified vehicles. I’ve been with them for 3 years now and they have been fantastic in every way. Customer support service is second to none and renewal is a very easy process and renewal price has been brilliant!

Used them for 3 years now for modified car insurance. They've been the best in every aspect - friendly and helpful on the phone, fast to get quotes, and have come back with the best prices from insurers by far.

1st they are costumer baced now have 3 vehicles insuranced with them? Think it's not the cheapest is the quality of insurance your covered 4 ?

Called up Brentacre and within minutes, I got a quote that was 1k less than the highest I reveived from other places and no requirements to installed an immobiliser/ tracker which I would also have to pay a subscription fee for. Yes it came with the caveats of a limited mileage but this is not a huge problem for me.

Lewis who i believe to be the individual over the phone, was quick, efficient and incredibly easy to chat to.

He explained which documents I would need to send, where to send them and which online forms to fill in. Form fill in process could not have taken longer than 15 minutes.

I will definitely be using Brentacre again.

As someone new to finding their own insurance the team have guided me through the process, been supportive and patient and prompt in their response. It can be stressful starting up on your own as a driver and they have been exceptional in their customer service.

I've been insuring both my modified cars with Brentacre for several years now. Keely goes above and beyond to look after the customer. I genuinely couldn't see any point in using another insurance company at this point.

This is a UK based insurance broker, who have a passion for the vehicles they are dealing with we now how two vehicles insured with them, one is a slightly modified car and the other is a camper van. For both vehicles I had dealt with staff who know what they are dealing with and don’t try to fob you off like other brokers. I always recommend Brentacre to my friends and family even if it’s not for a modified vehicle. They’re a great company, keep up the good work.

Brentacre are a fantastic insurance company for people with campervans nothing is too much trouble for them when it comes to helping you get your pride and joy properly covered.

I have used Brentacre a lot over the last few years and they are always very helpful and not pushy at all on price. After getting some quotes elsewhere and experiencing being made to feel like I must take out the policy immediately with Adrian flux I always come back to Brentacre who are honest and fair with their customer service and their quotes.

I can only go on my experience of getting insurance through the online form and telephone call centre as a new customer. I haven’t had any experience of claims, and hopefully never will.

The online form feels a bit of a waste of time. You essentially have to speak to someone at the call centre to buy insurance through this company. Both my partner and I had mixed experiences with the people we spoke to. One person, who I believe was called Reece, spoke to both my partner and I and was not only helpful in getting a quote sorted but also helped in defining what various terms meant and how it applied to us (buying camper van insurance). An asset to the team and worth the praise. I had to call back to make the payment because I couldn’t find my credit card and I wanted to check a few details. I called back to speak to someone I believe was called Aaron. It was the most unhelpful combative experience I’ve had in a fair while - he said my quote didn’t exist and I was required to do a new quote. I work in a hospital and taking time out of my day to do the earlier quote was difficult enough. I asked him to speak to the person I spoke to earlier (Reece) to find the quote. He seemed really angry that I was asking him to do this. He went away, and came back after discovering the missing quote. No apology. He continued to complete the purchase, and even then it wasn’t a pleasant interaction. I did start to worry that this same aggressive attitude was a reflection of the company, and whether the IT system was so poor it could just lose quotes, which made me a bit nervous to go ahead with the policy. I came home to tell my partner my experience and he said he had had the exact same experience the day before with someone who was so aggressive that my partner just gave up on the quote. Thanks to Reece we did still buy the policy, but the other person we spoke to nearly made us change our minds.
