Brello is Amazing and Changed My Life
My 3rd renewal was the beginning of the month. I was able to contact customer support by phone to change my plan to the Empowered Longevity plan and bundle my new addition with my standing order. Customer support was outstanding and I received my questionnaire while still on the phone with support! Completed it and recieved my order within 48 hours. It was packaged well and delivered with care, literally Christmas in July. I love the consistency and effectiveness of the medication and am thrilled to have my fridge stocked with my supply for the next three months! Also love that they offer Brello Rise workouts and have a huge support group community that I consider a part of my family and success on this journey. Brello has changed my life!

I have been using Brello for close to a year for my GLP one. I am very happy with the product and the service. There seems to be a slight delay when you reach out with a question but my issues have always been resolved. I trust this company and the prices are excellent. Please keep up the good work.

Ordered on the 1st of July and have yet to receive any updated shipping information. I've tried to message and contact customer service and other than an AI bot I've received no actual clear information regarding my specific shipment. Im in Ohio and website says no delays. They won't even respond to how I can get a refund since it doesn't appear that my shipment has been picked up? Very poor customer service. Wish I had the experience of these others.

Everyone has been very pleasant, professional, and supportive. A few times I’ve had to speak with 2-3 people about an issue, but everyone has always been helpful and directed me where I needed to go. ( I’m an RN of 45 yrs) Very impressed with customer service.

Great unless something goes wrong (2 out of 3 IS bad)
Yet again, service and support are nonexistent. I received a late shipment and contacted as soon as I received the delay notification. Followed up again when it arrived three days after the original date. The temperature indicator showed the medication was unusable. I provided images and did not receive a response for another two days. I also contacted their pharmacy with no response. This is the second major issue I've had out of three orders total from Brello.
