Excellent customer service
I had previously used a compound pharmacy company that was 3 times the price of Brello, shipped on Friday for a package to arrive by a carrier that did not deliver on the weekend, thus ruining the product, and provided very little in the way of customer support.
My sister and I decided to try Brello after reading hundreds of reviews. It was an excellent choice. The pre-screen is simple and concise. Shipments arrive in a timely fashion on weekdays and supplies included are quality items.
The price is quite good and we are both very satisfied with the experience and the outcome.
My only suggestion is for Brello to offer Zofran/odanstetron if necessary for nausea.

Life changing
Brello has helped me change my entire life. I’ve struggle with weight my entire life, done every diet you can imagine and nothing helped. I started using a GLP-1 from Brello in April of 2026, since then I have lost 88 lbs. I am healthy, my labs have made a compete 180 and I feel amazing thanks to the tools provided by Brello. I could not have done this alone.

I just started my weight loss journey with Brello about 5 weeks ago and so far it is going very well! There is a ton of support and resources on their platform and they provide you with everything you need. I have not had any side effects and have lost about 15 lbs in my first month. Highly recommended!

Don’t hesitate…
Using Brello has been a great alternative since my insurance doesn’t cover glp-1s. They are straightforward with program and cost. I have recommended them to several friends. I started my journey 10 months ago and am down 45 pounds. To say I’m delighted is an understatement. Keep up the good work Brello!! Now on the flip, maybe the cost will decrease a bit like others have started. Always a “new and improved “ version on the horizon. I have no problem recommending this company to anyone serious about their weight and health. 💜⚖️

Don't hesitate ordering from Brillo !
When looking for a provider for GLP-1, I read a lot of reviews good and bad. I worried about customer service, getting approved,the medicine and reordering. I decided to go for it with Brello. I ordered on a Sun. evening and by Wed. night I had my order ! I did have a couple of concerns in witch the customer service took care of the same day ! I woulden't hesitate ordering from Brillo.They are a great company that will give you what you expect without any hassle. Give them a try !

A member for over a year
I’ve referred numerous friends here with the same experience. If I have questions I can use the portal or just call (small wait time but you get a human). They notify you ahead of charging your card that your next subscription is coming. No surprises, no hidden fees no matter what my dosage was same price. Shipping was fast and I got notification the entire time.

Very satisifitied with the product and the results
I have been using the product for going on nine months. I was using another provider before I thankfully found Brello Health. I switched to Brello as the cost was better as I get the same product for $100 less while getting three months rather than 2 months. I have lost over 1/3 of my starting weight and I am quite happy with the results. I have recommended Brello to others.

I am super satisfied with Brello. When it’s time to reorder, they send a text with a link where you can tell the provider what your goal is. I commented that I wanted to titrate down to maintenance & the provider recommended the dosage I should titrate down to. If I ever have questions, their site makes it easy to contact a provider & they answer pretty fast. My meds are always delivered cold and within a few days. I also like that their app has suggested exercises, meals, and a community . A++
