Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 217 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers consistently report that the product is not an air conditioner as advertised, but rather a simple and often ineffective fan. Many feel that the marketing is misleading, with the product failing to deliver on claims of cooling rooms or providing air conditioning capabilities. Reviewers frequently describe the item as an overpriced desk fan, stating that its quality and performance do not justify its cost. People also noted issues with the product's functionality, such as the battery lasting only a few hours and the oscillation being limited to the front vents. Some customers mentioned that the fan is noisy and not very strong, with some even comparing its effectiveness unfavorably to much cheaper alternatives. A few other people also felt that the company's refund process was incomplete, leaving them still owed money.

If I could give a sub zero rating on…

If I could give a sub zero rating on this product and dealing with the company tat makes it I would. The product is a glorified regular fan noting more. None of the claims it makes are true. I am still trying to to work with the company who sells it for a refund the company is uncooperative and keeps offering percentage discounts to keep item. Feels like a scam! ( Bought on Amazon and because it’s not a prime item there has been little to no help)

This product is NOT an AC unit

This product is not an AC unit. It is a fan, a desk fan. It will not cool a room. It blows the air from the room back into the room just like any other desk fan. Definitely not worth the money they are charging for it. And it is loud. A desk fan from Walmart for 25$ puts out more cold air than this little fan.
The advertisments are very false DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This product is completely misleading…

This product is completely misleading and does not perform anywhere near as advertised. It’s nothing more than an overpriced desk fan—it does not cool a room or produce any meaningful “cool air.”
I purchased two of these after seeing their commercial, and both have been a major disappointment. Even when fully charged, the battery lasts less than an hour, which makes it impractical for regular use.
Additionally, the fan is not as quiet as advertised. When using the oscillation feature, it produces noticeable and irritating noise. This completely defeats the purpose if you’re expecting something quiet for an office or bedroom.
Shipping also took longer than expected, adding to the frustration. To make matters worse, the return process appears complicated and inconvenient, making it feel like getting a refund will be more trouble than it’s worth.
Overall, this product does not deliver on any of its promises. I strongly do not recommend purchasing this fan.

SCAM!

SCAM!
I bought into the hype and purchased one. The unit is weak and shuts off constantly, without cooling anything down...not even one degree cooler. I have a small bedroom and shut windows and doors and nothing got cooler. All those positive reviews are AI generated, STAY AWAY!

I was gullible!

I was gullible!! Showed Americans, stating NASA technology, showing the inner workings of an air conditioner within this device, described it as an air conditioner, and presented a reasonable price for this type of product. Unfortunately, this product does nothing as explained except blowing air from one side of it to the other. Water my money and time for being gullible to snake oil sales people.

"Fluff" Advertising, NO DETAILS + Rush Buy = SCAM

There ARE Solid State Thermoelectric Coolers (TEC, aka Peltier Thermocouples), which I was wondering if this had...

Portable refrigerators use Peltier Thermocouples, however, even in a small portable refrigerator, they take some time to cool it down.

Even if it DID have a TEC, there is NO WAY it will cool a room in 2 minutes, unless it was MASSIVE! Like ALL cooling units, it a TEC removes HEAT, and it DOES NEED someplace to exhaust the heat it extracts.

I was wondering if it had a TEC, but the ad was ALL FLUFF... IT DOESN'T EVEN SHOW THE PRICE UNTIL YOU CLICK ON "BUY". Of course there is the classic "Buy Now, Supplies Are Limited". It has ALL the elements as a SCAM.

I asked the company WHAT kind of cooling technology it uses. I don't expect a legitimate answer (if I get one at all).

This, along with the negative reviews is a HUGE RED FLAG... that tells me that this is a SCAM

Simply a case of deceptive marketing

Simply a case of deceptive marketing, At best this is a weak desk fan. Simply put it is a SCAM.
Don't fall for this package of lies like I did. I feel like a fool for wasting over $100.00 with a "Warranty" and other charges. SAVE YOURSELF THE EMBARRASSMENT being duped like I was!

I TOO Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased this. IT’S A TOTAL SCAM! Don’t waste your money and time. It’s less than just a regular fan that doesn’t even oscilate mych less blow out any real air. Good thing purchased on Amazon I was able to file a claim.

This is not a portable ac unit! It's a cheap fan. It took me three weeks to get it and they said it would have to be returned within 2 weeks. Very deceptive ad and practices! Do not buy this product!

Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased this. IT’S A SCAM don’t waste your money. It’s just a regular fan that doesn’t last too long. I have one that I purchased from Temu for $10. That’s twice as good as this thing. Total scam.

What a rip off!

What a rip off! False advertising to the max! It's not even an evaporative cooler much less an a/c unit! It's simply a 3 speed fan that is powered by a 5 volt cell phone charger.(that isn't even provided) It has an on board battery that lasts about 3 hours on it own but will run continuously if kept plugged into cell phone charger. So, if you want to spend $90.00 on a $20.00 Chinese fan that is incapable of cooling the smallest spaces, this is the one to waste your money on! These sellers should be jailed!

High priced fan

Portable A/C tends to make it sound like worth high price. But, it works, slightly cooler then fan I have. I had to run another fan to actually cool the small bedroom somewhat. It is basically a high priced fan. My husband didn't notice any difference. I noticed a little. Shipping was fast. If had been about half the price I would have gotten a second one, but not at that price. If you have a small cubicle type work space yes great for that, but not for a small room by it's self. Shipping was fast, just couple weeks

The infomercial strongly implied that…

The infomercial strongly implied that the Breezamax had a unique, simple cooling coil invention similar to the technology used in residential HVAC units. However, the unit is nothing but a simple all plastic vertical fan. Air always feels cooler when it is moving. If you just need a fan to move air then this is a compact fan for use on an end or side table.

This product is the epitome of retardation

This product is the epitome of retardation. There is absolutely no way to cool air without a compressor and certainly not a room in 90 seconds. I did not buy this to know this is an absolute scam. The conservation of energy law will not allow it. Everyone of their high rated reviews are fabricated

As an air conditioner (which it has…zero good qualities

As an air conditioner (which it has zero characteristics of) it is a 0-10. It’s nothing more than a fan. As a “fan” - it’s a 0-10 also. It doesn’t run off of a chord. It only runs about an hour and puts out air about one foot. Any further and you can’t feel it. Of all the products I have ever bought in my 59 years of life - THIS IS THE WORST THING I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. It is ZERO HELP - I mean flat out ZERO. A piece of paper will better serve you.

No more than a small desk fan. Save your money $89:00 wasted. Garbage garbage garbage. How do they get away with this FALSE advertising.
