As someone who vapes heavily, this did absolutely nothing for me. It didn’t help me quit at all. Then when I came to get my money back as part of the free trial, they asked me to send back the used item that I’ve already had in my mouth to the Netherlands via a convoluted process… terrible customer service. Terrible device that does nothing.

Haven’t received the order yet. After numerous attempts to get an update, I was told to take it up with the couriers. Surely you should be assisting with this.
Order placed on the 26th of July and the last tracking entry date is 26th of July.
Feels like this a scam

Placed my order almost 1 week ago, received my items 2 days later, only to realize I’ve been sent the wrong order (2 devices, none of which I ordered and no pods) I reached out to them the same day, it took them 2 days to reply asking for photos of the order received to allow them to fix the issue, it’s now 3 days later and I’ve had no reply from them. Poor customer service wouldn’t recommend

I'm using the second version and i find it a bit expensive but it does help with reducing the need to smoke without replacing it with any kind of nicotine addiction. I am now 17 days without smoking and it helps during the moments when smoking was a habit (e.g. just getting home after a stressful workday).

Orange and razzy berry are very enjoyable, the rest of the flavors were a bit disappointing for me. The build quality feels great and breathing through it does not give a dry throat/mouth like vaping does.

I'm now on week 3 of not touching a vape. After releasing I've now vaped for 11 years, since I was 14, I decided to ditch it. This pipe isn't spectacular flavour. Some flavours are stronger than others. But the familiar hand to mouth has been incredibly beneficial for me. Cinnamon is my favourite flavour, even though I don't really like cinnamon in real life.

Excellent product — haven’t smoked since I bought it (10 years a smoker). Would be great if the pull were stronger, more cigarette-like. I use it heavily so the cores don’t last long. Shipping took a bit.

Great product , I'm now smoke free after 40 years mint flavour def the best for me highly recommended.

Lio is helping the cravings definitely but the cores could maybe last a bit longer in future.

Also, I have the Gen 2 Lio and the magnet could be slightly stronger as the wooden section slides off too easily, especially if it’s in a pocket or in the pouch it comes with.

The product is good. But the customer service experience is bad. They dont reply to messages on time plus the delivery time mentioned is wrong. It say it will delivered next day but it took almost 3 days and while following up on the delivery there was no response. If your team can have good customer service then youll can make a lot of difference. Best of luck.

It's good but if you can make other flavours with some plants or other...
Orange flavours taste abit to much chemical.
But it's really good otherwise and that will help me a lots to stop smoking

It has stopped me vaping...cant bear the thought of inhaling vapes again. This is a great product although only the minty and cinnamon cores work for me the fruity ones don't help.
My only negative is price of cores and the fact they can fall out the bottom end

This my 2nd order from Breathlio. The original model( journey pack(I think?), didn’t work for me.
I reached out to them explaining the reasons I believed it hadn’t been successful,Rather than look for my money back, however I said I’d like to try the updated model (V2). They kindly offered me 25% of my next purchase & I availed!
It arrived last Tuesday Aug 5th ( a week later than scheduled) not on Jul 29th as promised. This is the only reason they didn’t get 5 ⭐️
V2 addresses all the issues I had with the previous model. I’m sure with Willpower & V2 I will break up with my Vape!

It is an alternative way to stop nicotine without stopping the pattern of smoking immediately.

Very fast delivery, great product. My husband has really struggled to stop smoking, but this is the first thing that has helped xx
